I was concerned about the grapes being damaged before I could harvest them. They assured me that they would be able to do the installation. They were correct! We had a sales person come to the house to give us a window quote and he was trying to pressure us into making a decision that day and was very rude about it. My husband had to say no several times and that we wanted to think about it. He was not very respectful of our wishes. Theres a fine line between a determined sales person and being flat out rude and he crossed that line. Also, this place overcharges you and theyll say you wont find a better deal anywhere else. We did in fact find a better deal somewhere else, we paid a fraction of the price TightSeal quoted us, and we are still saving money on our energy bills. Do your research. There are better deals out there and they will do the job just as well.

I just had my bathroom replaced and everything turned out great. They cut out my steel tub and replaced it with a walk in shower because I had problems getting in and out of my tub. They put in grab bars and made my walk in shower safe for me to get in and out of. The old tub surround was hard to clean and starting to get mold and mildew growth. Now with the acrylic shower stall its super easy to clean. They raised the shower head also because the old shower head was too low for me. Ed the installer took his time to make sure everything was done right. I had a drain issue that was leaking water in the closet and they fixed that for me as well and put all new pex plumbing in to fix it. They even found affordable financing for me which was hard considering my credit score wasnt the greatest. I had tundra land, mad city and bath fitter in to give me a quote and I chose Tight Seal because of how they treated me and because they could get me affordable financing. I would highly recommend Tight Seal to anyone looking to get their bathroom remodeled!

We wanted to have an estimate and they were 30 minutes late to start without a call. The first thing he did was talk about how upscale our neighborhood was and it felt like he pegged us to overcharge immediately. He said a minimum $20,000 for a bathroom remodel (small to medium bathroom with a tub and shower not even a sink or faucets or cabinets as we have already done those ourselves) to even start a conversation. He didn’t give us an estimate at all. He criticized our thoughts and didn’t seem knowledgeable about what his company could do. He had to call someone to see about doing it. Hard pass.
