I own an existing 4 seasons sunroom that the previous homeowner purchased from Chris Egner Design-Build-Remodel. I was having some leaky caulk joints where the windows came together, so I asked them to come out for a Clean and Caulk. Paid $350.The guy they sent out showed up with a roll of paper towels and a bottle of Windex. He did not touch the caulk. I called and complained that the caulk was still cracked and asked them to send out their guy when I was home. They sent him back when I was not home. He caulked a few joints. but it still leaked.I called again and they told me that my problem was not the caulk and to fix it, I should expect to spend way more than $350.The next day I went on the roof myself, found bad caulk joint, scraped it out, and re-caulked it. Completely fixed. I called Mr. Egner, explained the entire situation and even sent him pictures of the shoddy work his guy did and pictures of the joint that I fixed. He said he would look at the pictures. I never heard back from him.Long story short, do not waste your money on the clean and caulk BS. This company will never see another cent from me.

I highly recommend Four Seasons Sun-rooms. Chris Egner has the ability to take your concept and translate it into a a working reality, and Chris is great to work with. Chris not only designed our Sun room, but also drew up plans to upgrade and add on addition space in our Cloverleaf, Glendale area home. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome.
