Great team of mechanics. Reasonable prices. Honest and up front

Mechanic is a joke. Lifetime of lying, overcharging and breaking things on you car just to charge more to repair them. They close at 7:00pm and I Walk in at 6:25 and ask to get emissions done. Mechanic says I stop that at 6:30, get here before then and I’ll do it. I say great it’s 6:25 so we’re good. He stammers and says, uh I got a lot of work to do so... I say okay well just say that then, don’t say get here before 6:30. He says I did. I say no, now you did. He says look I’m not going to argue with you over 5 minutes. I smile and say, just say what you mean. It takes a practiced con to look you in your eyes and lie with the first two things out of their mouth. I wouldn’t let them work on my car for free. Go to one of the many other fine service shops in the area.

So much worth the trip. Its Marks Mobile now. Same great ethics. It is so good to have an honest mechanic.

Super friendly staff, very upfront about costs and estimates. A repair was going to be more expensive than what they quoted me and gave me a call to give me an updated estimate and explained in detail why the price was going to be higher. They also did all they could to find cheaper parts and reduce the extra cost. I live on the east side now and still drive all the way over to New Berlin when I need routine maintenance.

Nice little shop, theres no inside lobby area but they always get the job done and tell you exactly what you need.

These guys are apparently just plain lazy ?...Paid for a diagnosis told me car would need 4 to 5 Thousand to fix...I fixed it for fifty !..YIPES
