My experience with this garage I felt was very poor on time management. I brought in my van for a sensor issue and check engine light. The promptly asked for permission to do the work/check on the timing belt. I had asked to have the engine light to make sure the cost of the timing belt was justified. It took them four days to check the engine! I had called twice a day for 4 days getting different answers to when this would be done. I understand that things take time but this was excessive.

These guys are simply AWESOME! Explain what is wrong, estimate, fix and then the bill matches the estimate. If there is additional work needed they call and explain.

I am an operations warehouse manager and we recently switched our services to Moving and Lubing. We dumped a lot of work on them all at once that because our previous shop was slow and unreliable so our maintained got a little behind. Mike has constantly worked with me and done an amazing job. I have 4 vehicles I have to maintain and these guys have really lifted the stress of that off my shoulders. They have helped us with towing, body work, mechanical issues, general maintained, and even came to our shop in cold weather and tried to help us start one of our box trucks. Highly recommend.

Cant think of another time I took a vehicle in for service and it ended up being half of what I was estimated. Jared Bell, the owner, keeps me updated on any new issues they find and always gets authorization before proceeding with work so there are never any surprises. Theyll give me an honest opinion on what is worth fixing and what can wait. I appreciate a business owner that will talk me out of spending money because they care about the long term relationship instead of the quick buck.
