Went this Barber Shop recently for a hair cut to see if they have gotten better since my last visit, but they are even worse now. Last time I waited four hours, but got a hair cut. This time I showed up at 10Am they told me to come back at 1p. I went back at 1p sharp and they told to come back tomorrow. Of course I did not.They have good barbers, but issues with language barrier appears to affects their service quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would went there for a eyebrow cut, but had some questions about it when I walked through the door nobody said hi they just stared at me, and didn’t even smile, a customer kindly gave me his sit, and I just had a question about the eyebrow cut, had to wait till one of the guys stopped doing what he was doing to drink water and I had to approach him, when I did they weren’t friendly at all. Asked him if he could do it, and he asked his peer, his peer complained to my face about how busy he was and said he was going to try. I understand I have to wait but they didn’t even give me an estimated time. I decided to walk out. This people aren’t professional at all and it’s not because of the lenguaje barrier since I speak Spanish as well, they’re just not professional. Worst experience ever.

I took my son for a haircut and I loved it they were fast and my son loved his haircut 👍

Love this place! ❤My only regret was the language barrier!No one spoke the english language. How ever my barber got very creative🤔 with using his cell to communicate with me. Love that technology can translate any language over to the english language, There was no more language barrier for Us.... 😂😉😎A Well deserved 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💈❤
