Made appointments via phone call for my five and nine year old boys. Arrived on time and they were taken right to their chairs! Staff was kind and courteous. Both boys and parents are happy with the haircuts! Thanks for the quick and easy service!

I tried calling a few spas to get a waxing appointment in and Im glad no one had room for me! These ladies were awesome. Took their time to explain everything but didnt take forever to take everything off! And they get evvverryythhinngg..... Meticulous, clean, friendly, good prices and followed all the Covid precautions. Definitely going back.

I took a chance on this place and heres what I found: Friendly, professional, quick, and clean. These are just some of the adjectives Id use to describe my experience. This place is a breath of fresh air. I felt so very comfortable being in here Will definitely be going again.

Kudos to all the ladies at the Cutting Zone. They listen to what you want and come through everytime. And if youre not satisfied they will fix it before you leave. Im a fairly new customer who will definitely keep coming back.

I have had 2 spiral perms done with this hair salon, they made me feel welcome and they also take the time to listen to what youre asking for. Both of my perms were a very good experience. The owner herself is wonderful, she gave me just what I was looking for, some beautiful curls.Also I have to mention her staff who are very nice and talented. All in all a great experience .would reccomend to anyone

I have been a client at the Cutting Zone for 3 yrs and I did not realize just how fantastic they are and how much I missed them until all this Covid 19 shutdown!!I moved back to MA. And settled in New Bedford 3yrs ago and was desperate to find a good hair stylist and a good salon! I read so many good reviews about the salon that I decided to give them a try. I originally made an appointment with Annmarie the owner and initially she was my hairstylist she was awesome and did such a good job I continued to return to the salon. I eventually had the opportunity to have Jasmine do my hair. She is absolutely fantastic with color, cutting waxing everything!!!!! I have never left this salon unhappy with my hair!!! The salon is the cleanest salon I have ever been in and now with the Covid it’s 100 times cleaner if you could imagine that!!I can’t say enough good things about the salon it is filled with good friendly professional and knowledgeable hairstylist who listen to their customers and do their best to give them exactly what they want!! I am so thankful that they are back open I went there today and I left feeling better than I felt in months! I so totally recommend the salon to everyone and anyone who is looking for a hairstylist I just want to change. They really are as good as good gets!!P.S. Their prices are also so reasonable.You won’t find a better salon!!!!

Its a small but efficient business. The owner is Annemarie who is alwayssmiling and very helpful. You wouldnt find a better group of hair stylist any where else in the city!

Ive gotten a fade here a few times. I have been 100% satisfied with the cut.Staff are always pleasant, quick and professional.If you work or live near by, and need a quick cut, I recommend stopping in.

Took my 1 year old son to Ann Marie for his first haircut and I was more than pleased. She was able to give him a great cut and even use the clippers to clean up around his ears and neck. Marissa was great entertaining him with bubbles and lollipops :). We will definitely be back.

The only reason I am not giving one star is because Jasmine gave a great cut to my granddaughterI asked for long layers and keep my angle cut. Maybe 2 inches off but over and over I said Long layers at an angle do not cut it short. She cut about 6 inches off if not more and cut it straight across.I am so angry. I have NEVER had short hair. She absolutely ruined my hair. Yes I know it grows back. But it is short. I HATE SHORT HAIR!!! Awful, completely awful. Listen to what your customers want.She said oh this is so Farrah Fawcett. No this is Kate Jackson.No this wasnt Jasmine. I wish she did cut it, ar least it would have been done right.

As always Ann-Marie gave me another great hair style. Will not go anywhere else. Always right on point.
