The girl that cut my sons hair lacked experience all I asked for was a simple fade she knicked him 5 times along the back of his neck poor poor poor quality she was not concerned with paying customers. I absolutely do not recommend

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, never have I been to a barber who has treated me so well. Every other place Ive been was a quick cut and beat it, get out attitude. But not here! They were VERY involved and absolutely LOVE what they do, taking a huge interest to make you beyond satisfied. Very friendly, happy professional environment. I will never go anywhere else. New Bedford Barber Co. is awesome. The crew there know what theyre doing, they treat you right, laugh with you, and put lots of attention to the details of your cut. The atmosphere is welcoming with a cool reclaimed nautical theme, not your boring same old sterile barber shop at all. Prices are reasonable, just a heads up, they are cash only. Be sure to ask for Xavier, hes the man!

Best Cut and Atmosphere in the area. Whether your a business professional, fisherman, small kid, or musician, NBBC will give you the look you want at a reasonable price. For those guys who might not have the hair on their head but have a full face of hair, they can line up your beard and treat it like the hair on your head if you still had it!Great location and great owners!

Barber Jake would not take me 5-10 minutes late, when I got a flat tire on the way to the shop. I showed up 8 minutes late, just to let him know how poor his approach to the situation was, and he was just sitting down doing nothing.Worse yet, he was full of excuses as to why he was right. Like a child even. I wish I could give 0 stars for how ridiculous this whole scenario was.I unfortunately will never give my time or money to this establishment. If you cant come up with solutions on the fly and slightly inconvenience yourself as a business person for the needs of customers, then you most likely will not be overly successful, if successful at all.I cant generalize the rest of the establishment into this incident. But I hope that the owner sees how poorly this was handled. If not, oh well. Good luck.

I visited here once for a shave and was very impressed with staff and there service. I did have an appointment and would expect that there would be a wait on weekends especially without one. Ill definitely go back to try them again.
