Joel is the man, place is wicked nice, super friendly and probably one of the best price -> quality shops Ive been to. I had a wedding on Sunday I had forgotten about and Saturday afternoon they fit me right in. 10/10 would go see Joel again.

Great clean atmosphere. But unfortunately not the place to take a couple of kids. It was definitely rushed. Seemed like they weren’t really interested in creating a customer for life and the outcome of my two kids haircuts reflected the poor quality and skill of the barber that performed the service for $40 plus tip. Both cuts were hacked in a bad way. I would definitely not recommend.

I’ve known Sandro for years. So ever since Upper kuts has opened it will always be my barber shop. Here I am traveling from South Carolina back to Massachusetts and I called him out of all these other barber shops. From the best service in the city to the politeness of the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is very satisfied! Sandro and the rest of the upper kuts staff keep it up you guys are awesome.

They messed up my hair, didnt cut it the way I asked several times and when they finally did what I wanted, they didnt cut it properly, left the back too long, took too much off one side, I couldnt style it the way I wanted after that. I need to have it done by real hair stylists. I dont recommend this place, some of its employees dont speak good English at all. The other reviews are lies,

Made an appointment, no one even said anything to me as I waited at the counter. Whatever, I just sat down as they all glanced over from time to time and after 30 mins I left. Not sure how this guy gets his fan base but glad I found one more barber I can scratch off my go to list.
