I will 100% go back here!!! The ladies in this office are absolutely amazing! I am 6 months pregnant and I brought my 16 month old son. They were so patient and so kind to us! They also helped us amend our taxes. I absolutely love this store with these ladies!!

Michelle elder was the tax professional that prepared my taxes and there was another lady I had interactions with that I didnt catch her name. Both gave a very welcoming atmosphere and made it enjoyable overall. I will be returning next year to have Michelle prepare my taxes again.

It was terrible! Completely messed up and cost message over 1000$. Plus the charged me 300$ to mess them up!

The tax preparer was super nice but its the expense I paid. I ended up having to pay a 39.0 charge twice. Once on the app and to the office. In total I paid over 300.00 for services for just coming in as opposed to doing it on the app.

We prefer H&R Block to other tax help. We have never had a problem the results.

Block customer for several years. This year I had difficulty scheduling due to the local office not being open during the extended tax period, then found customer service lacking when trying to schedule at another location.

I spent several hundreds of dollars at this office. I am not able to get any questions answered. I am receiving different peoples opinions. No help at all. 3 months and not a penny refunded.

I felt it was very simple, informative, and also exactly fair and what I needed and wanted.

I dont like the fact you let some people use the coupons even if they are not new clients and some you dont thats not equitable even a little prejudice.

I didnt have my routing # for my bank so she looked it up on the internet. Turns out its a wire transfer number so I wont get my money and I cant get a hold of the irs to fix it. So there goes my taxes and stimulas money I could of used. Not to mention she helped somebody else for over 30 minutes during my appointment.

The tax professional who assisted me was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. The office was clean and my wait time was short. The cost of the tax prep service is fair, but not competitive. I only continue to use H&R Block because of the friendliness of the employees and the ability to return should I have questions in the future.

Terrible! Messed up not once but twice, first putting my file on hold without knowing until I went to the office to ask about it, second information on my refund was 100% wrong and had to file a discrepancy. The agent I filed with was not even there and someone else had to take care of this mess. Offered nothing in return and now paying 188$ for something that I could have done more proficient.

I come here every year.

How i feel

I was wondering why I haven’t received my refund and I found out why the lady who did my taxes put someone else’s account number and routing number and she didn’t put mine ...... when I say I’m suing I swear to god I’m suing I am looking at my documentation and that isn’t my information and when I called my bank yesterday they don’t have anything showing it’s been deposited and the irs said it has been............ HR BLOCK will write me out a check for my FULL REFUND including my STATE or I’m suing y’all for FRAUD ..... Jackson Hewitt is so much better I never had a issue with them ...... you guys are COMPLETELY unprofessional and STEALING money from people who work hard to get something back ................ I’m pissed 😡 I would give NO STARS if y’all had that option
