Very poor customer service. I will direct my friends and family elsewhere. Troy obviously does not care about his clients, his only concern is getting their money. If someone is having an issue then the least you could do is TRY to point them in the proper direction. It was obvious that he could not care any less.

Would NOT recommend, they messed up my sisters taxes and won’t help fix them. She didn’t even want her taxes filed, just wanted something looked at, one of her W2’s/proof of rent wasn’t included because the intent was to not file yet. He filed them anyways and put the wrong bank information on her return. When asked to please fix it, Troy said “I don’t do anything for free. You’ll have to pay the fees of me doing your taxes again”. Which would be roughly $100 to fix HIS mistake. Then when she said she would try to fix it herself he wouldn’t help point her in the right direction of how/where to amend her tax return. He got VERY nasty and defensive over the situation. Extremely unprofessional attitude. If YOU make a mistake, it should be common courtesy to fix it for free.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They never answer the phone but when I did finally get ahold of the owners to ask when they’d be in their office next they said “around noonish maybe, I’d call just to make sure.” If you’re going to be paid to do a service especially one for your own business you should learn how to treat and talk to people. You wouldn’t have a business if it wasn’t for customers so treat them with respect.

They have been doing my taxes for 15 years now. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I stopped in and they said they dont accept new clients I would not recommend this place to no one not even my worst enemy

Ive used this place ever since I was refered to it by a friend. Everyone there has been friendly and professional. If I started my own business I hope he would not retire any time soon.
