Dan and his guys were super helpful replacing a legacy oil chiller compressor on a CNC machine tool I was dealing with. The compressor was hard to find. They saved us quite a chunk of cash as our only other option seemed to be sending the whole chiller in for rebuild (production down-time) or buying a new chiller. Great people to deal with!

Hard working and honest fair prices

I would give them a zero if I could. Horrible experience for our small business, I do not recommend going here. The first appointments were fine, then a leak was identified. We asked for a quote for the next appointment. Never got the quote and then our coolers will filled with $600 of Freon without our consultation when we asked for a quote to replace the leaky coil. Why continue to fill a leaking cooler with Freon when the real solve is to replace the coil? Called the business to speak to a manager, never got a call back. If you want to be charged 1.5 hours of labor for a repair guy that is there for 20 minutes, go here! Also, no call back and 2 finance charges. Go some where else if you want customer service where they CARE about the client.

Chose Trio because their quote was significantly lower than a couple other places. Extremely satisfied with the quick instalation and friendly customer service. Had an issue with the equipment and it was resolved in no time with no hassle. Ive recommended them to my friends.
