I have used this place several times they always treat me right. They are honest, professional, and upfront with any issues that could arise. They also provide a video of the inspection that was done just to show you that you are not being had. You guys are awesome expect me to send some buisness your way :)

I wanted to like this place, I really did. I had brought my car here once or twice before and I was satisfied. However, there really is no excuse for the lack of professionalism. I called at 9:30 am on a Friday to see if I could bring it in to have it fixed. They looked up the part I probably needed based on what I had already been told was wrong with the car by Meineke. I brought it in and they said to call if I dont hear from them by 2:00. I walked 3 miles home and thought it was worth it because what was wrong with my car was a safety issue. I also transport clients for work so I needed to have it fixed ASAP. I left the car with them, planning that it would probably stay overnight or even until Monday which I was fine with. They send me a video on what was wrong with my car (the axle) and then also report it needs brakes (which I knew.) They gave me a quote of 875 for brakes and rotors and I declined stating I couldnt do it at the moment. They reported that my warranty would cover the axle. I also asked if they could take a look at the latch on my trunk because it was broken, and if they could replace my rear brake light. They said, No problem, well take a look. I asked if they would have it done by Monday and they replied that they would. I didnt hear from them on Saturday and thought they were probably getting it all done. My husband and I either had to share his car, or get rides from coworkers for those 4 days. I finally call Monday afternoon to see if it was ready for pick up and they tell me, Oh, there was a frozen bolt so we couldnt fix it, youll have to take it to Nissan. My car sat there for FOUR DAYS and they couldnt call me to tell me they couldnt fix it? They didnt work on the latch or replace my brake light either. They literally had my car for FOUR DAYS and did NOTHING. I took a day off of work for that, and now have to drive the car around AGAIN until I can get another day off work which is completely unsafe. Talk about negligence. I also cant transport clients for work now until the car is fixed. Im not with this mechanic and their apathetic attitude. It was almost as if they didnt want to bother working on it since I wasnt going to pay the almost 1000 for brakes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.TLTR: They had my car for FOUR DAYS and did NOTHING. I called on Monday to see if it was ready for pick up and they reported that they didnt have the right tool to fix it so they just let it sit there for four days until I called them.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
The front desk is very well informed about each vehicles needs. Both my Ford vehicles are maintained at this facility and all work registers in Fords service history. The facility is able to perform all maintenance without body work. Im a very satisfied customer.
Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They did not repair my car correctly to the point where it was not driveable and had me arrange as well as pay for the tow to bring it back. They were extremely rude when I called after picking it up, insisting it was not their fault when parts were literally falling off my car. After having it towed back, they were non apologetic even after stating the repair was done improperly, and did not offer any reimbursement for the tow or money off the $600+ spent for the nightmare experience. The front office staff was also completely unprofessional and rude.
Just found this shop in naugatuck it was really nice to have a girl at the front desk she was very informative and took the time to explain to me about my vehicle. I highly recommend quicklane

I brought my BMW to Quicklane after i had a flat tire on the side of the highway they called a tow company for me. They found all my tires were dry rotted and not in good condition. They replaced all my They also did an oil change and a safety inepsection and found my rear brakes were very low. There prisces were extremely resonable. Marnie was extremely helpful and Dom the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was top knotch. I highly recommend shakers quicklane.

Needed a tire quick, they ordered it and had it ready that afternoon. They seem really nice, quoted me on the phone and didnt try to upsell me.
I walked in and immediately had a disconnect feeling with the young girl sitting at the front desk talking about partying and drinking with three bearded fellas standing at the camera while shes checking in another person ahead of me and then my turn immediately asked me for my VIN number and I separately I have never been here nor heard of an auto repair establishment asking for my VIN number I proceeded to tell her I had a heart condition and my car is parked all the way in the back of the building which is over a hundred and 50 feet away and she said its okay I still need your VIN number to process you in in the meanwhile the three gentlemen are laughing under their breath and a gray-haired man just stood there at the counter and I did nothing I felt like a piece of.... Would you know what that means I didnt matter really you lost over $1,000 worth of work because I didnt have my VIN number? The day before when I called to inquire about coming in Saturday was not told I would need my VIN # to get service done. Maybe would change things if that little girl who was so enthused about drinking and partying rather than customer service have her mention the people before have your VIN number ready when you come in or have the people in the back enter it into the system or enter it in at checkout . REALLY who carrys their VIN # on their person? No one I know do you? WILL NOT BE BACK NOR RECOMMEND NAUGATUCK CT branch of this chain
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I went in for an oil change, and they tried to rip me off by telling me my brakes and rotors were shot and they needed to be replaced. I talked to the place where I bought the car, and he had me come over immediately to check it out. After I gave him my car, he called me back in to show me something: every brake was brand new, except for one brake, which could use a replacement, but wasnt at 5% like I was told. The rotors were also brand new (as I was shown receipts for every new brake and rotor).They had lied to me and tried to scam me out of about $400 after a simple oil change. I would stay far, far away from this shop, and take your car elsewhere.

Shakers Quicklane is an awesome shop. Ive gotten work done there a few times and theyre always very professional and honest. Each time Ive been there theyve attended to me right away. Quicklane is my one stop shop for anything car repair. Marnie always greets me with a smile in the front and their mechanics are top notch. Their prices are very competitive and in my experience theyll always try and save you money where possible. If youre looking for a competent shop with fair prices and a great staff Quicklane is definitely it! 👍

This facility practices deceptive techniques in an attempt to make car owners spend money on unnecessary repairs, to the point this facility will outright misrepresent items in great working condition, as faulty. Stay away as there are other facilities to service your vehicle.
THE best place for auto service - I have been bringing my cars here for 15 years and trust them to do a great job for a fair price.
I brought the vehicle in for a standard tune up, and then drove it away the check engine light came on. Brought it back and they said there was a leak in the radiator and would be more than $1, 000, even though I just had the coolant serviced they said its a normal thing and they didnt damage it.

This place does NOT deserve 1 star. The customer service here is horrible. The mechanics take short cuts and when management and the owner is confronted about it, they give NOTHING but attitude. There are so many other places to go in the area, I will NEVER go back there again
