My first experience with this shop was positive, I needed a headlight bulb and they installed one fir me in a timely manner at a very fair cost. I went back two weeks later for an oil change, and had called the day prior to confirm the time the shop opens, and was told 10am. The owner shows up at 10:30am, and I got attitude from him when I asked if the shop was supposed to be open at 10am. He proceeded to keep me waiting, so I just left. No real regard for the customers time…a quick ‘sorry I’m late, couldn’t be helped, I’ll get you right in’ would have gone a long way. Not very professional in my opinion when you are running a business and you care about customer feedback.

Jose was amazing, he quickly spotted that my brakes needed changing and did so very quickly, gave good advice on some issues I “thought@ I had with the car and He was kind enough to drive me home and pick me up again when they were done with the car.
