Gel pedicures are good.. Eyebrows waxing are not. They messed up my eyebrows last time and I had to let them grow out and got them done somewhere else. The girls that work there are nice but its the owner that is rude which is what the other reviewers are mentioning. I had the same experience. It was my first time there and he didnt want to take the tip because I had to put it on the card. Cash tips are encouraged from their sign not an absolute. He told me the next time he wouldnt add the tips on my card. That wouldnt hurt me just your staff. Smh. UnrealWould I go there again, yes because Sundays are my only free day and they are open. But I only do my pedicures there thats it.

Very unprofessional had fill plus gel and pedicure charged 75.00 plus nice tip. Went outa state in a week nails lifted. 3 broke. Called owner he made app today Saturday 2nd week all nails lifting. I went in promptly at 230 said its normal spoke to me like I was an idiot and told me they are acrylic. I know this Ive been going to other salons never an issue. I do not recommend. Waited while they spoke in their language. I do no recommend. Any reputable business would have cared and fixed.

This was the first place I tried since moving to Naugatuck 1 year ago. I have been going to Devin only in which shes amazing! However, after covid hit they do not do regular manicures. I guess it doesnt make the owner much money. I find that IRONIC because the last time I was there, they did manicures on little girls. Owner will never get anymore of my business! Id rather go to a much cleaner place who ACTUALLY sanitizes their chairs and station after EVERY CUSTOMER!

I have been going there for years. My mom and my sister went there also. They do a great job on my pedicure. I also get my eyebrows waxed. I would definitely recommend them. They are very friendly.

Horrible service, been here for years and they were such a good place, but the owner the guy has significantly become more rude than ever. Went in and wanted a manicure and apparently if is not gel they dont do manicures because they want to charge more. I said I couldn’t get gel for health reasons and he refused. So i took my money somewhere else. Honestly the treatment isn’t worth the trip. Check somewhere else!

My first experience was terrible the man was kinda rude and was rushing. coffin isnt his best shape to do but my second experience was really good he was rude at the beginning but her did a really good job and he does the square shape well just make sure ur specific on what you want and how you want it

I love this place. i see why people would be uncomfortable but they mean well. I go there often. i recommend walking in with a smile. Cheaper than most. example i got gel manicure w tax it was 26$, perfect.

I bring a lot of my friends here because it is very friendly and they do a great job and it is lower cost than many of the local nail salons. I never had any false nails or anything like that, so my review is specifically for traditional polish, gel mani and pedicures. It is a small salon but the girls are receptive to conversation and they are really sweet. They do a great job on eye brows too.

Extremely over priced for horrible quality nails. Told me they charge extra for coffin shaped nails... the nails that I received are NOT coffin shaped but they still charged me. Worst set I ever got from any nail salon. The man doing my nails was rude. Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

The girlfriend and I went in and got our pedicures done. The lady did a great job for us. She had no help and had to do both of us. Was time to pay and the guy said it was $52 so I gave him $60 he started pulling out my change I said give it to her ( The lady who worked ) the other lady said oh she got a design on her big toes $6 more. I said ok so $58 right. They said yes so I pulled out another $10 for a total of $70 ( $12 Tip ) and said keep it. As we left the guy came out yelling $10 so my girlfriend went back to see what he was yelling about. He claims I only gave him $50. If that was the truth why was he giving me change in the beginning. The guy was rude and lost a customer that has been in this place several times. Make sure you count out your $$$ for this guy.

Just recently moved to the area and I had gone to another nail salon close by after I was done with work at 5pm. This was my second choice and its should have been my first. They took me in for a Mani/pedi without hesitation even though they were to close by 6/6:30pm. I think they are clean and worth a try even though prices on some items are a little high.

They took off most of one of my eyebrows, but not the other.... and charged 14$ for that mess!! NEVER go there for waxing

Was charged $65 for a poor acrylic job. The color shrank under the solar light and the edges are already coming up. Would not recommend getting acrylics there.

So I got a gift card for mothers day 50$ I wanted a simple nail tip with glitter ge said they cant do it ok he was super rude I tried to strike up conversations with him he ignored me but chatted to every one who was a regular . This was my first and last time here nails were crooked in even and he would not fix them please save your self the time and visit some where else unless your a regular here they treat you like dirt

All of the staff are friendly and never compromise on quality, even if they are really busy. Ive gotten pedicures at a lot of other places but I always end up coming back here. Prices are comparable!

I live 20-25 min a way but I make this my go to place. Even when they are super busy they dont skimp on the quality of my manicure/pedicure which I have experienced at a different place I used to frequent in Seymour. Staff is always friendly and I like the décor.

Gel nails should last a few weeks. They start peeling within a week. Not happy.

So I came in literally 5 minutes before 7. One of the ladys working there saw me walk in. Looked right at me and I said Hi with a smile and said I just need a pedi. I went to look for the color I wanted and sat down. Sat for 5 minutes until the guy that works there comes from the back talking about hi what do you need? I said I need a pedi. He said Oh we dont have time sorry! Mined they close at 7:30pm. I said I been sitting here for 5 minutes already. He said sorry I didnt see you, I said well she did talking about the other lady that was doing someone elses hands. He says Oh well I didnt see you! So I decided to just get up and leave because it is pointless to argue with this dude, hes always been rude anyways. I will never come again and I will make sure my mother never comes again. I understand if I showed up 7:20pm like ok I get it, its close to closing time even though they should still take care of me because its not 7:30pm! But Im not that type of customer. I checked their hours online it said they close at 7:30pm and I got there 5 min before 7pm They had plenty of time. This is not the first time these people do these things. Its not professional at all! Very disappointed. I know they dont care but its wrong to have that type of attitude when you have a business to satisfy customers. Good luck with your business. You lost me and my momma.

Great been going there years..

There was so much dead skin on my feet after getting a pedicure. I mentioned it to the person that did them and he had some made up excuse as to why there was still dead skin on my feet. I will NEVER return to this place again! They do not take time with their people. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Horrible..the guy was rude rough and way overcharged. 75$ for acrylic and a gel color..and then expected a tip...found out Im not the first he has done that too..beware!!

I went in for a simple polish change on my toes and left with 4 toes bleeding.The woman doing the polish change filed all my nails so hard that she made me bleed.After showing the owner what she did he didnt seem to care and said he would give me the number to his insurance company to get checked out because thats what he has it for.I will never go back there to get my nails done again.I uploaded a photo showing what she did.

This place is such a rip off! Was not satisfied on their price and was very rude when I asked why I got charged for so much when it was suppose to be a certain price. Not friendly at all. And way over priced!
