The pictures posted were taken only 5 days after getting this brand new full set. I never post reviews, but after this experience it felt necessary. I called to see if they could repair my nails and the man I spoke to gave me a very hard time, and even hung up on me twice. The man I spoke with wouldn’t prioritize my appointment and fit me in, despite the fact that I had just gotten my nails done and they were already lifting and breaking off. I told him that “I received bad service and that it’s only fair to at least make time for me” and he basically told me “if the service is bad, don’t come back”. Moral of the story is; once they get your money they don’t care about the client. This salon doesn’t stand behind their product and clearly has very poor customer service.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done today. We did sns dip nails. The lady that did my daughter nails did a great job. The guy who did mine dip my nails at least 4 times giving it that thick bumpy look you see in my picture. You can see the clear difference between the two manicure jobs in the pics. I also did a pedicure and was hesitant because I dont remember seeing the guy change the liner in the pedi tub after the woman before me used it. I also didnt see him wash his hand before doing my nails after just working on someones pedicure. It wasnt my normal salon as that was all booked up but I was really hopeful to has this as a backup but Its a no go for me😬

I have to say it was very nice when I got there but as soon as I got home that’s when it took a turn for the worst. My foot got so infected that I could not walk. It was truly disgusting and I could not do anything. I was in very bad pain for 1 week and that’s when I got it checked out. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

They were polite in person. However, theyre not as nice on the phone and they definitely arent accommodating as far as appointments and walk-ins. Guess they dont need the money that badly when they so easily turn away customers. The lady who did my nails had difficulty understanding what I wanted, which was coffin style, nothing out of the ordinary. She kept saying that she couldnt file my nails anymore. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ Pedicure was mediocre. With that said, Ill take my business elsewhere because after paying for mediocre work, the last thing I want to deal with is a standoffish attitude.

Their a joke. Came in, told us to come back at a certain time we said ok. Waited 45 minutes. Go back at time they said and they went and helped other people and told us we never confirmed.. joke! Time wasted when we have so little time.

So now it’s been 2 bad experiences and I will not be coming back. The first experience was when my gel manicure didn’t last more than 5 days before it started chipping. I still wanted to give them another chance. However, for my second bad experience they need to work on time management. What is the point of doing appointments if you aren’t going to honor them. I was there waiting 30 minutes after my set appointment before I even got to sit down at the chair. Once I sat down the gentleman left me there waiting even more to go smoke outside and talk on the phone. Very unprofessional especially if you know people have been waiting for a long time. Need to do better at managing appointments or just do them at all. Very disappointed.

Do a great job but the nails dont last.. I had been going there for years. Last time Im in the middle of getting my nails done and made an appointment for a pedicure... they asked me to come back for the pedicure cuz people that did not make an appointment just walked in needing pedicures... You think after years of going there and me having an appointment they wouldnt ask me to come back from my toes because of some randoms.... I did not go back

Absolutely terrible nail polish, chipped on my toes and nails not even an hour after leaving salon. Over priced and not worth the money at all. do not go here

Had to have a gel fixed as I caught it and tipped it. Walked in and They took me immediately and greeted me. Had Viva do my waxing also. Very pleased

Very impersonal! Had my nails done a few days ago and already lifting and thicker than requested! I asked for a drying spray before I left and was told it would cost an extra dollar, I already paid and they knew I only had debit card. Really a dollar for dry spray, not customer friendly at all I won’t go back because of that! Business owners please read sometimes it’s the little things! Come on!

They got me in right before closing and did a beautiful job, and offered me a back massage which was also great. Friendly and professional, will definitely go back!

Ive been a customer for several years and never had a bad experience. I love these guys and this place.

Changed their name (used to be Golden Nails I think?) Either way they are good. My nails always look really nice and they are very welcoming and friendly. I usually get a gel mani and a pedi and eyebrow wax.

Bad customer service. I had Jack and he pretty much complained about everything. I went in to get a pedicure manicure and eyebrows. Jack does my pedicure then tries to pass me to Jennifers table because he didnt want to do my nails. Then Jennifer complains and gets up from the table leaving me there. Jack continues to complain. To the point there was another lady getting her nails done sitting next to me who kept shaking her head because she saw how ridiculous they were. Then when Jacks gets to mymnail he keeps complaining that my nail polish is gel when it wasnt and wanted to charge me an extra $5 dollars to remove clear top coat nail polish. He buffered my nails so bad that my cuticles are scrape. The nail polish bubbled. I wanted to keep drying my nails but he told me they were done because they wanted me to leave as they were closing. It was 530p and they close at 6p. I will not be returning poor customer service and nails look horrible. I will post a picture

I had a full set of gel tips done. They all fell off after a week. They wouldnt redo them. They wanted to me to pay for a new set.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR NAILS!!! This place was a nightmare. During the gel manicure they had a small toddler running around grabbing everything and running around with it. She had to get up several times to tend to him. Ok I dealt with it, interacting with the kid etc.. Long story short, TWO DAYS LATER HALF MY GEL POLISH HAD CHIPPED. this is unheard-of, should last 2 + weeks. I went to my usual nail place later that week to get my nails done again and they COULDNT GET MY POLISH OFF. they said I dont know what type of product they used but it doesnt react to acetone and you cant file it off. My nails were medium length and strong and now they are stubby and thin. Thanks a lot lili nails, you are thee worst salon Ive ever patroned.
