Did gel only one week in and I have no clue how this came off. When I pay so much money and the painting of the gel isn’t smooth nor good don’t go here it’s a waste or money and time.

Gentlemen, the ladies have been keeping a secret from us. Pedicures are amazing! Go get your feet washed and rubbed and your toes treated like theyve never been before. All while seated in a relaxing massage chair. And then, a hot stone shoulder and back rub to send you off into the world relaxed and renewed.

Service is very good. Price is nice however I had a tech who disliked that I did not tip in cash. I get that they prefer cash but sometimes you just dont have it on you. $30 for gel manicure. I requeted to leave five as a tip on my card. I was charged $40 total and she pocketed a $5 from the drawer. Total price and tip were discussed before I was charged.

I chose to try Rose Nails because it is 4 minutes away from my house and had decent stars. I wish I would had a good experience, but unfortunately I will not be stepping back into Rose Nails.I had a pedicure recently but wanted a polish change and cant reach my toes as Im 35 weeks pregnant. So I came in just to have my toes done fresh for myself and for when I enter the hospital. The woman who did my nails was very nice and took her time, but kept messing up on one of my toes and having to redo it a few times (all her choice)When it came time to pay, I handed her my card and asked what she was charging just to confirm as Ive encountered many nail salons that try to add on charges at the end. No different here... The price list clearly says $10 for polish change. They proceeded to charge me $15.95. For a POLISH CHANGE! Thats a bit steep and also a huge jump from the advertised $10 to almost $16.Anyway, I questioned the woman and she began speaking with another who I am assuming was the owner. She told me its $15.95 and she just hasnt updated the price list. Sorry, not my fault nor my problem. You have a price listed and that is to be honored. You cant just change a price anytime you feel like it. So she proceeds to swat her hand at me pretty much telling me to hush up. She then has the lady do a reversal on my card and continues to argue it a bit but says she will do it for the $10.Then the lady comes back and asks for my card AGAIN and says $15.95 right? Am I in the twilight zone?!... what is going on! At this point Im getting annoyed because you just charged that amount and reversed it and now want to make the same mistake again. I told her no, the owner just said $10. So she charged me correctly this time and I still tipped her well just because she was nice.I wasnt fully satisfied with their color selection and one of my toes is sloppy, but aside from that I wouldve most likely still returned as it is nearby. Due to this salon not treating customers respectfully and increasing prices (being sneaky) whenever they feel like, I dont recommend this salon. If you do enter, ASK before you hand over your card!

I got a full gel set on Tuesday and on Monday a nail just popped off and it didnt even hurt...I only realized it cuz it was on the floor in front of me at the grocery... so I called and they fixed it but now its only Thursday so only 9 days after getting the gel set and more nails popped off and my nail needs dont even look damaged... Ive had gel nails before and not only do I usually go 3 weeks without a fill... losing a nail is excruciatingly painful and usually results in my whole nail ripping off and blood shed so Im very upset. I was able to easily pull the rest of my gel set off without trouble

Honestly horrendous. Worst nail job I have ever received. Did not notify us about pricing until after the job was over. Ladies seemed as though they had no idea what they were doing and once they were done that was proven true. Sat in their chair for 2 hours to overpay for an awful job. When we questioned pricing they copped an attitude.

Beyond amazing. Worth every penny. I was treated like gold. Kim did my nails and she is incredible!

Ive been going to Rose Nails for about 7yrs.. they do an excellent job and great customer care. The staff are very attentive to your needs..wouldnt change them for nothing...

I do not recommend this place. I waited 55 minutes to be serviced even with an appointment. The pedicure was rushed, the woman barely touched my cuticles and the polish job was horrible!! She put a thick coat which I’d say will chip within the next couple of days. I’m so disappointed!! Won’t step foot back here.

I spent $47 on my gel Fill and my nails looked horrible. Different lengths and shapes. I wanted them fixed and the other woman fixed them thankfully. But they still look bad, just not as bad. I went here based on all the good reviews and I learned my lesson.

They do a great job. Joy is wonderful

First time having my nails done by myself was scared to death to go alone, I usually go with my daughter but shes not here. They welcome me and made me very happy and relaxed. Im going to go back to them more often. Its clean and friendly astomosphere!Thanks Girls!

This nail salon is very rude. They may do good work but they dont even speak to customers when they come in the front door and I almost feel like they are very racist it seems if you are not a white woman they wont see you immediately and they make you wait forever so I I now go to JD Nails by the Friendlys Restaurant in Naugatuck its such a beautiful environment and the people there are so nice they greet you immediately as soon as you walk in the door! Please give them a try their very good

My daughter and I went to get our eyebrows done. Lady with short hair did our eyebrows. My daughter got hers first I asked her not to do them thin so her eyebrows came out ok for out first time going here my daughter eyebrows one was different from the other. Then she worked on mines this was by far the worst eyebrow place I have ever went to in all my years, as she was turning my face to get the eyebrows done she was snatching my head back and forth hard I had to say something about that. Then when she was finished I looked in the mirror and was like your done? I asked her did you clean the top up I told her I didn’t like them she gave me the evil look and said $16 for eyebrows $17 with tax I gave her the $17 she looked at me like I was crazy cause I didn’t add a tip... I said I’m not going to give you a tip for something I don’t like... but in all I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN.

Jeff gave me a hot stone massage and it made me cry i recommend this place to any mother, dad, or any stressed person if you need 15 minutes of pampering this is the place to go. 5 stars and another 5 to Jeff.Thank you i feel a million times better, a woman who trusts no walk ins to do right by the customer Rose Nails is the place to go, Tamara Rodriguez signing off.

I had an appointment but made me wait 30 minutes. It would have been longer but I spoke up. They did not do a good pedicure on me either which I was disappointed.

Went for a pedicure on a Saturday at 9:15 as a walk-in. Understandably Expected to wait without an appointment and it being a Saturday. I walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before staff acknowledged me. When I was acknowledged I was not greeted rather the woman looked at me and said what do you want done? I said a pedicure and she said to pick a color and have a seat. I waited nearly 45 minutes and only stayed because I had a gift certificate. What bothered me most about the experience was the stark contrast between how I was treated versus their regulars. Very short and borderline rude as if I was an inconvenience in how they interacted with me versus friendly and welcoming towards regulars coming in. In addition, my pedicure was sloppy and there was large gaps where they did not paint my entire nail on either side. I would have asked them to fix it but did not want to spend another minute in there. Have money left on my certificate that I will not be using due to this experience.

You want your nails done? Dont go anywhere else! Very clean place, professional staff. They also offer massages, waxing, and extensions for eyelashes.

Let me just say this place is amazing. In comparison to other places around here, it is impeccably clean, the services are amazing, and the quality of their nail polish is, well, actual brand-name polish! The staff was friendly and not at all rushed even though we came towards the end of the day. We got mani/pedi combo and afterwards they included a free hot rock back rub. Absolutely spectacular, no complaints

I have small nails, so getting the right tip on is hard. One hand the tip is soo big, it goes off the side of the nail! Ontop of it my nails have bubbles on them.. And price... $45 for a set. Ugh! Most places top $30 max!

Literally the worst manicure Ive ever had. The uv gel lasted 3 days and peeled clean off. My friend got one as well and hers lasted 2 days. They were also extremely short with us but friendly to their regulars. I will not be back.
