Hi came in 15 mins before my appt, the girl at the front desk was so rude, she said we have to wait for the nurse to do your treatment. I said that’s ok then she said hopefully she will be here in time, I explained that I have to go to work after that’s why I booked my appt at 9 so I would need to leave on time. She said I can’t control that what if the nurse had a car accident. I waited anyways and then she started asking me questions about my appt to which I responded and then she said “ I can’t deal with you being rude to me” I said if anything you are being rude, you did not even say good morning when I walked in and was giving me attitude. She said I don’t have to say good morning because you were here before your appt!!!!!!I then left and waited in my car but this is unacceptable and very disrespectful. I have been here many times and always had a positive experience but this one girl was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I got botox and my crows feet done by RN Tessa B. for the first time. Lets just say I will be back again when the time comes! Tessa made me feel so comfortable and made just the right suggestions that worked for my face. I was hesitant going in but she was so thorough. Highly recommend booking with her!!

When I showed up. The lady Kriti was not welcoming . She left me in the room for 10 min filling a for that takes 2. She was so negative in every way. She laughed when I mentioned that I forget sunblock sometimes. She didn’t even took time to look at my skin with a shield or glass or something. I was willing to pay for any treatment but definitely I’m not coming there to do it.

I have been to this location twice now. Everyone is very nice and easy going! I worked with 2 different technicians and both made the experience very comfortable. Laser Gentle also has some of the best prices for services with good specials. I would recommend Laser Gentle to others.

I LOVE this place! I bought a Groupon almost two years ago, and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since! I have recommended this place to everyone! I even have a family member that now goes there for laser treatment, and another family member that is scheduling as we speak! Valerie at the front desk is like a friend! She is never, ever pushy or rude! I am so appreciative of that! Jill (aesthetician) is such a love and I’ve enjoyed every service I have ever had with her! I have to admit that I’m a bit vain now that I get older, but because of that, I have tried so many places like Laser Gentle and nothing has come close to my great experience here!

Ive been going to Laser Gentle for over a year now. Their equipment is new, its really easy to book appointments (Saturdays are great!) and I rarely have a wait. Theyre very nice and offer a lot of great products, plus their specials are competitive.

I was very optimistic with my results from this place. They said I had to wait at least 3 months but that I would definitely notice a flatter stomach and even maybe some weight loss. In fact, my stomach is now bigger than it was before (I continue to eat well and exercise) and I spent a lot of money for nothing. I am very disappointed in this as they told me that I would love the results

Love love love Laser Gentle Medical Spa. I came here once for Botox, which Id never tried before. I was super hesistant just because I was unfamiliar with the process and what to expect. My fears were quickly put to ease by the awesome technician. It was super quick, and I felt informed and comfortable the whole way. What a nice space to be in with some cool, well-trained ladies - definitely recommend!

I visited Laser Gentle Natick office for the very first time earlier this month after learning about them from Groupon. The office is located at a nice setting bordering Wellesley, very easy to find and park at the plaza. I felt comfortable in its clean, professional environment and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The botox injection went very smoothly and I purchased additional 50 units for future uses. They offer a number of other beauty solutions and I would definitely come back for more.

Love this place, the girls are so sweet & professional, a perfect balance.
