Why go elsewhere when you can go to one in Natick Mall? Conveniently located next to Wegmans entrance on 1st floor, you can walk around while your loved ones get their brows done. There are up to 3 attendants and plenty of waiting seats. My daughter told me it was great service. Brows were $12 and upper lips were $8. They didnt expect tips but another $5 for great service was given! There was a wait but it moved quickly!

Always great for when youre in a pinch or at the mall. Always leave happy. Never disappointed.

I have been going here for 10+ years. I first was a client of Pretti, then Sudi, now Layla. I am very particular about my eyebrows and Layla pays extra close attention to how I want them shaped and does an immaculate job everytime. I have been seeing Layla for many years now, and unfortunately since Covid she hasnt been availible. I was apprehensive seeing someone else, but Uma patiently listened to what I wanted, and my brows look great! Now I have two options when I go :) Thanks Uma!

All the ladies that work here take the time to shape your eyebrows how you like them, and they always double check to make sure your eyebrows match and they didn’t miss any hairs. After bouncing around trying to find a reliable place to get my eyebrows done, now I always come here!

I’ve always had a great experience at the threading spa in the natick mall. Uma does my eyebrows every time and she amazing. She’s so sweet and always remembers how I like my eyebrows done (aka I’m a picky person). I love it here and always recommend to all my friends. They also accept walk ins most of the time so they’re really convenient with my busy schedule

My friend and I have gone here probably 10 times in the last year or so and we have always had a pleasant experience, but after our visit on Memorial Day we wont be going back. There was just one lady working in the afternoon and as soon as my friend sat down she said, oh my god. Who did your eyebrows? Did you do your eyebrows? My friend was confused, but said, yes, between threading. Are they bad? And she responded, yes. Men are supposed to have thick eyebrows. Only women should make theirs thinner. Men should not touch their eyebrows. She kept apologizing about her comments, but then she would follow it with more criticisms. At the end she asked, are you just brothers? Neither of us could tell if she was trying to ask if we were boyfriends or not; at that point we just wanted to leave. It was a very uncomfortable situation and frankly an inappropriate thing for her to do.

Uma is great I would definitely recommend she’s so polite gentle when working and provides a overall great experience.I come back just for her every time.😊❤️

Just had my first time threading experience here and can not wait to return!! I was taken as a walk in and Erin did such an amazing job on my eyebrows. Never waxing, shaving, or plucking again!

They thread your brows based on what THEY want or what’s easier for them. I wanted my brows to be thinner but they absolutely refused. They kept trying to find excuses to not make my eyebrows thinner. Did a bad job on the hairline as well and charge a whopping $30

The girls that work here are so nice and very attentive. I always feel pampered and taken care of.

I went to the Threading Spa in Braintree. The girl was so nice and treated me so good. Best of all my eyebrows came out awesome..and the price is so low. Im definitely returning.

Worst experience. Wish I could rate zero stars, but doesn’t give me the option. Asked just to clean up around my eyebrows and not touch them or the shape, she completly disregarded what I said. Took off more than half of my eyebrows leaving me with barely anything, besides thin lines for eyebrows. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to somone I don’t like.
