Great place to enjoy Nashville scene!

Location! and we love having a Full kitchen, showers and bath. This is where my family and friends stay whenever in Nashville.>1/2 blocks from 2 bars, breakfast and dinner, 1 from 2nd Street, 1½ to Printers Alley and 2 blocks off Broadway!

The host would not accommodate a full refund or a date change due to needing to cancel/reschedule as a result of rising Covid-19 cases in Nashville surrounding the dates of my original booking. This was a trip planned as a bachelor party and Nashville closed all bars and restaurants serving alcohol would be closed at 10pm nightly. When we asked to reschedule the trip to a future date when restrictions were lifted we were told they would not accommodate any changes. In addition, I was unable to get a full refund and was charged 50% of the entire trip which was nearly $600.00. This is very poor business practice as we would have happily rescheduled and possibly booked again in the future as well. I would definitely recommend booking elsewhere especially during these unprecedented times as you will have no options for cancelling or rescheduling should the pandemic effect your trip. Airbnb also attempted to request a refund on my behalf however superhost, Amanda, would not consider this at all.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Nashville. I had the best nights sleep Ive had in awhile and the decor was beautifully done. The location is close to everything. Would definitely love to come back and stay here!

This place is nice, clean, and also tastefully appointed with basics. The bed is comfortable, and theres a great selection of pillows to choose from in the huge closet. Theres also a bedside fan to use!The appliances are all in working order, the soaking tub is super clean, and the location is in very easy walking to major attractions. There is a convenient small grocer down 2 blocks, and the best bloody mary and breakfast you could ask for just around the corner at Another Broken Egg.

The listing of this loft on Airbnb says “lots of natural light” which is completely false. The loft was so dark you couldn’t even tell what the weather was like outside. The only two windows looked out to a brick wall very close. When we arrived the windows were so thick with dirt that you couldn’t see out of them. It was pretty gross. This took 48 hours for the host to have cleaned. Also on arrival the head board was broken, there was a broken handle in the kitchen, the fridge had a huge dent in it, and there was mold in the shower. If you are looking for a good location this is great. Other than that there is much better value in the hotels located a block or two away. Downtown Nashville is all within walking distance, I wouldn’t worry about 1 or 2 blocks.
