If you open at 7am, why are the employees having breakfast at 7:30am while clients stand outside waiting? So unprofessional it’s ridiculous! This place can literally be your down fall for your pre employment drug screening! They will misplace your results and some cases they will just simply forget to send your sample off, which can mess up your job start date.

Today (31/3/21I 3:00pm) visited this lab with my kids . Our experience was fantastic. Both my black mama and her co-worker are professional and help full.

Keyana did my blood draw and she was fabulous! I usually always get anxiety or worse, end up crying when someone takes my blood. She was gentle, precise, and a pleasure to talk to! I will happily get all of my blood work done here! Thank you Keyana!

Ignore the negative reviews, this place is just like any medical testing place! The wait wasnt too long: about 20 minutes from check-in to being tested. The technician was very talkative and funny. This experience was probably about as enjoyable as peeing in a cup could be.

Very pleasant experience. The doors are clearly marked so you know where to enter, I did the mobile check in when I arrived 15 min early, I sat in my car and received a text at my appointment time that I could come inside. The sweet lady at the counter took my information and took me back within a minute or two. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes! Thank you labcorp!

Lady that seen me was very rude and unprofessional. Made me take a pre employment drug screening 3 times when i told her who can pee this many times me.had to sit for 2 hours just to take a 3rd drug screening, or i would have been considered “disqualified”. the place forgot to send my drug screen in and never provided anything to my employer and it’s been 2 weeks thanks to them i will have to wait another 2 weeks before i can even start the job due to the drug screening not even being submitted no way you can get ahold of them what so ever .

Had to get a legal DNA paternity test, was scheduled for 2:15.. They didnt send me an email that was readable when I went to lab corp! So they had to wait for a fax. It took them so far 45 mins! I called to see if we could come in early but was told we had to come at the appointment time.. Dont listen because the appointment time doesnt mean anything! Go to Quest Diagnostic.. Lab Corp is incompetent...

I was waiting in my car because that was an option, once you check-in on the kiosk machine. I never got a call. I went inside to check on my appointment and the tech said she called my name but she didnt call my phone.She said had to keep on going. Poor customer service, she didnt apologize, basically she blamed me for an option that was available.

GOOD EXPERIENCE!!Ignore the terrible reviews, this place is fine!I made an appointment online the night before, SUPER EASY!, took less than 2 minutes.I showed up on time, checked in at Kiosk (again SUPER EASY) took less than 1 minute. Was seen by the nurse in 9 minutes, and was out and gone in less than 20 minutes total.Waiting room was CLEAN and they had coffee available for the patients if they wanted it.

Went for a preemployment drug screening, didn’t have to wait long but during the test the nurse left the room by the tone she got back she said my sample didn’t show the right temperature. From that point on they acted like I tried to fake my test. Horrible customer service.

I have never seen a business so poorly managed. There was one staff member working on a busy Monday morning with 15 + patients in the waiting room. The staff does the best they can but there is only so much one person can do. If you can go somewhere else do.

Went to have blood drawn and could not be more satisfied with the professional people at this location. I was seen 30 minutes before my appointment and the girl that drew my blood was awesome.

Terrible experience!! Was told I didnt need an appointment, however it took 3 hours to be seen for a pre-employment drug screen. The staff is horribly rude. Would never ever recommend!! If you have to go, make an appointment!

Overall, my experience was horrifying. I waited over 2.5 hours to provide a urine specimen. There was no staff member at the front desk - check-in was done through a kiosk. Poorly placed signage greeted and directed people. Most people didn’t see the signs. LabCorp staff were rude to some patients. For example, someone waited patiently at the front desk for several minutes, one staff member ignored the person, and another staff member told the person to go check in at the kiosk. The person replied by asking to use the bathroom. The whole interaction could be characterized by disdain of patients and impatience on the part of LabCorp staff. There was no way to tell how far along I was on the list of people being called nor any way to tell how long the wait would be. When it was finally my turn, the nurse or lab technician briefly lost my driver’s license. She asked me for it, I provided it. She left. She came back, and asked for my ID again. I told her I already gave it to her. She said she didn’t have it. As it turns out, she did have it. I would comment on the specimen collection process, which was unsanitary at best, but I lack the credentials to speak to the proper way to pour urine between open containers over paperwork.

Let me tell you about this company. First, I have really great insurance and they asked me to give them a credit card and sign something. There was such a long line and such a frenzy I signed it without realizing what it really said. Basically, they can CHARGE YOU whatever they want and if YOU refuse they can come after YOU and YOU will have to pay all their attorney fees. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN THIS OR GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. I am a nervous wreck now after calling them and the customer service person basically tell me to go and f myself. The form was explained to me entirely differently by the tech. But that is NOT EVEN the half of it. They only have one person signing people in doing the paper work AND drawing blood. Its absolutely ridiculous because for $10 an hour they could hire someone to sign people in and the technician would be able to work A LOT faster focusing on her job and not a receptionist responsibility. They are penny wise and pound foolish. This company is BAD and Im sure they treat their employees the same way they treat their patients. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS FROM LAB CORP. ITS A SWEAT SHOP THAT EXPLOITS THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR PATIENTS.

The older lady gave such and attitude when we said one lady had the appointment just before us and they were going to take us instead. Told us she would push us to the back of the line because we wanted it to go in order. I am definitely calling corporate

I would never go here, as a matter of fact you should probably call their corporate office and file complaints they need to be shut down. EXTREMELY RUDE staff both on site and over the phone, not helpful at all I was told it would be 1-3 days for my results here I am 5 days later waiting to be cleared for my employer and there sitting around doing nothing, I called to get an update on the results and all the “Customer service rep” said was I’m sorry sir we don’t give an ETA on drug tests contact your employer. My employer told me to contact them so this is just great thanks a lot. NEVER GO HERE EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.

Easy check-in. The phlebotomist was excellent. Kind, friendly, and helpful.

My doctors office faxed over the order the afternoon before. When I arrived they said they didnt have them because their fax machine was down. Turns out-all they needed was the toner replaced! But I was there an hour before even being taken back. They do know how to draw blood though. They need someone just to do clerical!

If I could give zero stars I would. They have ZERO sense of urgency. I scheduled an appointment for noon and still hadn’t been seen or helped. The woman working up front was about as helpful as Helen Keller at a spelling bee. She then tried to confront me as to why I looked so upset. You need to do a better job of helping the people that are paying you for services. Don’t go in there with any sort of timeframe in mind as you won’t be helped for over an hour. I highly recommend finding someone that will be a little more helpful and urgent to the customers/patients. Because the blonde woman up front isn’t it.

I read all the terrible reviews... I almost didnt go, but because of my companies incentives I decided to do it and be prepared to spend half my day there. Well I just want to say... they were the nicest people, had me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I know they were very aware of how important our time is. Thank you ladies!

Had to go around the way to find the physical address for this place. I entered the address in my Garmin, and when it told me I had reached my destination, I went past it thinking i had been lead to a regular parking lot and the address was not current. Turned around and drove down a small embankment to this complex. Didnt have to wait too long to have my blood work done. Still the entrance for this office complex needs more signage for ease of finding

I was three minutes late to my appointment and I was worried Id get bumped. Thankfully, that was not the case! My paperwork was processed very quickly and I was seen by a technician in under 5 minutes. Everyone I encountered was efficient and courteous! I also felt like they were treating my appointment with extreme discretion and care. Very important for their line of work.

I was 2 minutes late to my 8:15 appointment, and still was seen within 10 minutes of checking in! Blood was drawn and had my results within 2 days. Everyone I talked to was very kind and courteous. Definitely will continue to come here!

Worst staff attitude I have ever encountered in a lab and we spend lot of time in labs due to my sons medical condition. We were there for my husbands work screen this time and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. We sat forever watching 15 people come and go and 10 of them came in after we did. We asked to be sure we didnt miss his name being called and the girl told him to have a seat and she will call him when shes ready in a very rude manner. My daughter had to use the bathroom really bad so I asked if we could use the restroom and I was met with a woman who rolled her eyes at me and said if you have to...Yea we did, she sat in the car for an hour to get here then another 45 minutes waiting. Would never recommend anyone using this lab if this is the staff employed

Literally the worst lab of all time. Got there at 8 am and waited 2 HOURS to get my blood drawn. They kept taking people in at a snail pace. Had to take half a day off of work simply because of travel time and waiting for so long!

Be prepared to wait if you dont have an appointment. A lady that arrived at 7:00 got called back at 8:30 am and my arrival at 7:50 am put me back for my test at 9:00. I was told that wait times can top 3 hours, so I consider myself lucky. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment for early morning - it gets worse as the day goes on.

This is the most inefficient business I have EVER had to go to. It took almost 4 hours for them to see us and those with appointments were waiting around 2. It was extremely understaffed and even though the staff was nice it was extremely unpleasant because there was no supervisor to speak with nor any sort of thought out organization as to how to best serve the customer. I do NOT recommend using this company to anyone.

So I read these reviews and came up with a plan that worked pretty well. I simply came right before they closed so I didnt have to wait long :DCome here at 4 pm if youre getting a drug test done (make sure its before 4:30, they stop doing drug testing then). when I walked in at 4:10 there was easily 20 people waiting and some had been there for hours. When it hit 4:15 all of a sudden they started processing people and I got in and out by 4:35 pm. (Probably because the place closes at 5pm lol) Was pretty awesome and I would do it again if I had to. For reference, I did not have an appointment either.

My first experience here. I was sent here for a company mandated health screening. The receptionist and nurse were very cordial and professional. I was in and out in a matter of a few minutes.

Despite the bad reviews, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here! I travel for work & have to get drug screens for each new assignment. For 2 assignments I happened to be driving through Nashville & was assigned to this LabCorp. Once was mid-day so of course the wait was longer, and once early morning. Both times I was addressed courteously and professionally when I approached the window & also made small talk with the women who did my actual screening. They are friendly, respectful and efficient. I think the people writing bad reviews are just grumpy in their own lives & therefore see other people as rude and uncaring.

Wow, the staff here is rude! No human dignity or compassion. I told the nurse i needed water and couldnt pee yet. She treated me horribly with zero compassion, and said I had to stand in the bathroom until I could pee while she watched. Its like being treated as a prisoner. Cold and disdainful staff.I told this nurse I needed more water. She scowled and tersely made me go back to the waiting room and wont take me back until Ive waited yet another hour.

The wait is absolutely intolerable. LabCorp should be ashamed of how they treat patients. Obviously, we mean nothing to them.

If I could, I would rate this place as NEGATIVE. My appointment was at 3:30pm. I came, checked in, and sat down at 3:15. Yet, for some reason, people were taken in before me that came more than 30 minutes after me. First off, you check in at one place, and then register again at another place. Can they not decide what they want to do? And when you ask, because it was one hour past my appointment, when about Ill be taken back, I was told to wait my turn. Ok, one hour after my appointment is not longer waiting, its bad customer service and procrastination. I should be owed money for the time I spent waiting my turn. On top of that, the lobby is disgusting. Hair is everywhere, it looks like the place hasnt been cleaned in ages. So again, to my appointment. Time keeps going, and Im still waiting, and suddenly its five oclock. From 3:25 to 5pm. And then 5 pm goes by. Still waiting my turn. If I didnt need this for insurance purposes, I would have been long gone. But there I was, still sitting, counting each hairy, dirty, disgusting tile. Finally, finally, Im taken back. I was still skipped over me during the last few people. Ok, normally Im not an angry person, but pissed is beyond what I am at this point, but Trudy, who tiok me back was very sweet and quick. I wasnt going to take my anger out on her. When I had called to ask about how this would go, I was told I would be in and out, giving me time to pick someone up from the hospital at 5. From the hospital! Guess the time I left. Guess! 5:15. Lets count, shall we? 3:25 to 5:15. One hour fifty minutes. You have GOT to be kidding me. Avoid this place at all costs. AVOID IT! Dont let your employers send you here. Employers, forget this location even exists. This place is unacceptable. Dont waste your time and life.

I have been here three times for three different job drug screenings. This location is horrible. The first time I went I waited for almost three hours. The next two times I went I made an appointment and still waited for almost an hour before even talking to someone. Theres never anyone sitting at the front desk regularly. People sit there for hours having to pee and they dont seem to care one bit. I dont know what they do back there but its certainly nothing fast. Employers need to stop using this labcorp location and use someone else. If you dont have a choice of where to go make an appointment for this place but be prepared to wait anyway. They seem to care nothing about how much of your time they take. Labcorp, its time to fix something and fast.

No symptom at all !!!! Checked in at 11:45- had an appointment at 12:pm didnt get called until 12:30 for drug screening that consist of holding water - was told I didnt have the proper paper work and couldnt do my test !!! Very very upset !!! if they had a receptionist that check in patient and asked them if we had the proper work I could of worked on it while waiting for my name to be called .. First time ever I was standing outside the door trying to get in. They had the door locked 10min before they closed. That is absolutely horrible. I saw the lady sitting there looking at me. I called in to schedule a man for his drug screen. I had to press several different buttons and wait on hold for OVER 10 minutes before I could speak to an actual person on the phone. Once I spoke to a person, they told me the internet was down and that they could not schedule appointments and to call back in the morning. The next morning I called back, had to wait on hold again for over 10 minutes, just to be told the internet was still down and there was nothing they could do to help me. I have called many LabCorps for my job, and this one is by far the worst I have encountered. Rude and unhelpful staff, very long wait times and expect to be on hold for 10 minutes before getting to speak to anyone.

As described, they make little effort to keep things moving and honor appointments. Twenty minutes after my appointment someone asked for my id & insurance card. Twenty minutes later she had not even looked at my cards. 3 people taken back & 3 came out finished between 1 & 1:40.Sign hard to see from Donelson Rd. & the arrow to 1400B directs you in the wrong direction in the Airpark.There was a nonlocal phlebotomist filling in and when I told her Id been waiting she took me back and got me done within 20 minutes.
