I had an excellent experience. Went there a year ago for a test and will be returning on a monthly basis. Ideal location. Easy parking. I was greeted by La Tonya and she administered the injection. She is a real asset. Hope to see her next month. She is not only professional but very complimentary of other staff and said she likes her job because f the people she works for.

I was searching the Web to get some lab work, and clicked on the link to Any Lab Test Now. It was so easy...I chose the labs I wanted to have done, made the appt online. When I arrived, they were ready to draw my labs! A great experience, and the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful!

My name is Cyndee Ferrell And I was in your establishment in Nashville Tennessee on the 16th of September and a fact agand if I could give a tin star I would. Latoya Is the lady who took my blood And she was wonderful went above and beyond for me and I thank her.

I usually never write reviews but this was actually the second time I came to this location to get my drug test for school, and I had an even better experience than the first time so I had to shout them out! You wouldnt typically place too much emphasis on customer service at a lab testing center but wow, this location is a step above the rest. Everything ran so smoothly. The center was very clean, the bathroom was spotless. Latonya helped me- she was super sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. She walked me through the process and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! This is going to be my center of choice for the 4 years Im in school.

Ms. Latonya at the Lab is hands down the most professional and competent person I’ve ever worked with. She’s efficient and made the entire process super easy. Great customer experience, results the next day and I was extremely pleased with the service given!

I had a really good experience at AnyLab Test Now. The wait wasnt long at all. Latonya did a great job! She gave me a B12 injection and it was painless. After the B12 I felt great so I will be returning. Plus my lab results came back fast!

This was probably the best experience I’ve had in getting drug tested! It was quick and concise. I was expecting to be there much longer than I was. But, the most important thing was the staff, they were very nice and extremely professional as well as helpful.

Of course there isnt a day where Nashville traffic makes me late, but Latonya was able to get me right in even though I was a little late to my appointment. Her professionalism and bright attitude was extremely welcoming. I felt safe when I observed her techniques for blood collection such as the cleaning of the area prior to stick and stretching the area to reduce the feel of the needle. Amazing job! Absolutely awesome---or as good as you can get having your blood drawn when you arent a fan of that. I dont have the best of veins and Latonya found the best vein and made it happen with ease. Prior to coming to this location, I had a very bad experience with getting my blood drawn which led me to be fearful and worried, but Ms. Latonya reassured me and was in and out. So great! I am absolutely TERRIFIED of needles - shots, giving blood, all of the things. From the moment I walked in, Latonya put me at immediate ease. When she went for the blood, it was quick and painless. And... I did NOT pass out (I usually do). All of that is to say, if you need lab work, I highly recommend Latonya. Wonderful staff! And Latonya is heaven sent...she provided a painless needle experience.

The first phlebotomist stuck me twice, missed, and was then fishing around for my veins. I asked her to stop and was going to leave, but she called back another phlebotomist. She thankfully got it on the first try, but did not do a great job and I now have 3 holes and a blown vein. I have never had a blown vein before nor have I experienced providers having trouble finding my veins. I would have assumed that a lab such as this where bloodwork is the majority of what they do, they would have been expert phlebotomists, but that wasnt the case. Everyone was very friendly and nice, but I had a horrible experience and would never visit this lab again.

Latonya and the other ladies at AnyLabTestNow are awesome!! After coming in and not having drank enough water, they tried getting my blood but it just wasn’t cooperating. So I came back the next morning after drinking as much water as I could stand and Latonya was able to get it FIRST TRY. I am a hard stick and it’s always so great when the techs are kind and reassuring. Instead of just sending me back to my doctor, they wanted to try again. I am so thankful for Latonya and the other wonderful ladies I met at ALTN. If you need lab work, this is the place to go. I have had horrible experiences with needles in the past so I’m not a huge fan. Ever since being pregnant I get my blood taken all the time. With Latonya I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Painless and fast. She was also great to talk with. I had a great experience!

Look, none of us want to have to get the dreaded STD test done just because we want to get our jollies. Especially when youre told by someone that they tested positive for something. lol But if you do and want it done professionally, quickly, and discreetly, then this is the place. To say I was worried was an understatement. Tonya made me feel better during the blood and urine collection. I was dehydrated and she could not pull blood and she immediately provided water for me. After drinking about 32oz of water, she let me hang out for a few minutes and then took the sample without issue. She called me to let me know my results were in first thing Monday morning after an appointment on Friday. They require an ID before giving you your results. Tonya and I shared a moment when my results all came back negative and it felt real. lol Great service and great experience here!

LaTonya is a miracle blood drawer. It usually takes someone at least 6 times to get my blood. One time it someone two days and 14 sticks. LaTonya got me on first stick and took my fear away. I pray she never leaves this place.

The phlebotomist I had absolutely wrecked my vein, it was so swollen and bruised a few hours after. And after 2 days I don’t have results, and since it’s a Friday and they are closed Saturday-Sunday, I won’t have them until Monday. Just really frustrating experience, over all.

Really was impressed with my recent visit. Brandi checked me in within minutes of arrival, was super helpful With test recommendations. I was in and out within 30 minutes and will definitely be coming back for future tests.
