This is a beautiful coworking space in Nashville. Its open with a modern design, but still feels comfortable and inviting. Its right downtown and very convenient for when I want to pop in for a couple days per week. They also have private offices, meeting rooms and event space. The free Dunns Brothers coffee is a huge plus as well!

Melissa Ingram has absolutely no idea what shes doing. She could care less about providing a quality experience for her clients. As long as Melissa works here, steer clear of Serendipity!

Excellent working space! I actually had the pleasure of working at this location and I must say the experience has been pleasant from the start. After arriving on site for the first time, I was greeted by the friendly security staff and signed in. Melissa immediately rushed over to welcome me to the space and give me a full tour of the facilities. The amount of work space here is almost a game of hide and seek as you will find so many cool areas to work. The rooftop view and gym are just a few of the added perks, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back! THANK YOU!!!

Serendipity Labs is a great space to work! Super clean, inviting, and it was clear there was attention to detail from the staff. Tons of natural light and a large open kitchen make it an enjoyable environment. I am always excited and proud to host consults at their space because of how professional it is.

Instead of addressing her ridiculous and rude behavior, Serendipity labs would rather try to have reviews removed than address the actual issue, which is Melissa Ingram. She has no business at all dealing with customers.
