Poor experience all around. I ordered a couch off Amazon to be delivered this past Monday between 6-9am. I got several calls from XPO and the delivery drivers which went unnoticed because I was driving for work. Finally got a notification and called them back, they said they were returning the item to the warehouse because the gate was closed and I didn’t answer. Makes total sense to me, except they went to the wrong address, and I made sure the gate was open for them. Fast forward to finally getting their manager Marie/ Maria on the phone. Said it isn’t her problem and she’ll reschedule it for Wednesday. FINE. I just need my furniture before the weekend which is why I bought it… fast forward again to today- Wednesday 6-9am- no one called, no one is here, according to their records Marie/ Maria never put our delivery in the system and now it’s being delivered tomorrow. Poor quality, poor service, poor all around. I just moved here and if this is what I’m going to deal with moving forward, it’ll definitely change the way I buy things.
They refused to deliver on the date, and rescheduled for 5 days ahead They didnt show up during the time window. I waited for 2 hours after that and they still no showUpdateThe delivery team never showed up, and I received an automated call today that its been pushed 2 weeks ahead. They are unprofessional

Driver here...similar but different set up at this XPO. Make sure you come in and do a hard left; drive clockwise in this place..most XPOs have counter-clockwise directions to drive. Shipping office is up the ramp, 3rd door to the left. People were mostly friendly, took a min to figure out where my paperwork was. Drop and hook and was on my way. Scales are hidden in the back next to the shop.
Ive read a few reviews from customers and Im sure that XPO is not the best company in the US but looking at a couple of the picture the one that stands out the most is the driver standing in the truck looking at the shipment on the ground first thing its not a XPO truck second thing all XPO drivers must be in full uniform this man is not Im not saying that someone is fibbing but Im a driver for XPO and the terminal where I work this would definitely never happen

THE WORST. I didnt know a delivery company could be this bad. They so far have failed to deliver my shipment THREE times. The first time the driver actually asked me if I had a pallet jack to help him move it and had to cancel the shipment because I couldnt provide one... When they tried to deliver it again over a week later, this time with a pallet jack, they dropped it in my back alley, shattered it into a million pieces and LEFT IT IN MY ALLEY blocking my driveway. I have been asking them for five days to come and get it and they still havent gotten back to me and I still havent received my shipment. This fiasco has set our project back by several weeks. AVOID XPO AT ALL COSTS.
Do not use this company. Not true to their word. Lied about their procedures. Highly unprofessional. Deserves no stars. What a joke of a company. Never use them!!!
So they lost my package and I had to go pick it up where they left it, not even close to the address on the skid I cant make this stuff up !
They called me when my package was ready for pickup I picked it up the following day they helped me load it easy transition I highly recommend using them

Worst delivery company. No matter when your order is supposed to be deliver, every tuesday they reschedule all the delivries even those they fail to deliver! You will waste time talking to thwm to hear the same fake care!Was supposed to recieve a washing machine since july 17th and untill august 14th they could not deliver the item. I had to cancel it.
Worst delivery service ever! We were supposed to have a mattress and box spring delivered on Saturday. Saturday they call and say they cannot deliver because their truck broke down. They promised to deliver first thing Monday morning. It’s 12:36 pm and they just left but only brought our mattress. The box springs are still at the warehouse. Even though the order specifically said 3 pcs they bring one. Now they say they will bring the box springs tomorrow, we will see. I will never order anything that will be delivered by them again! The lady we talked to claims they don’t even work on Saturday yet a lady called us Saturday on the same number I talked to her on to tell us our order wasn’t going to be delivered. Completely incompetent folks
One of the worse calls Ive had. After being on hold for 2 hours about an issue that they caused and a scheduling date that they kept moving back further and further, I get on the phone with a superviser to simply placate me the whole time, constantly repeat the same information with no help, at one point it seemed she just put me on phone while I was talking and just let me talk cause there was a 30 second silence after I finshed, and it all ended with her throwing me back into the call waiting line without my issue being resolved. Complete LACK of regard for the client and Im incredibly disappointed. Not a way anyone should ever be treated and I wish I had a name for who it was that I spoke with because I would love for this company to know exacly who is representing them this way.

This company is a company you might want to avoid. Customer service better than there actual delivery service. Product came damaged, it happens...replacement product came damaged. Not good! They scheduled an appointment for delivery of replacement product, did not show. Missed day of work, not good! Made a 2nd appoint for delivery did not show. Missed half day of work. Horrible! Scheduled a Saturday delivery, good! Delivered damaged product...after this, I dont want to have anything to do with XPO. Avoid this company!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They called me and asked me to move my delivery up. I did, with about 1 hour left in the delivery window I called to check and they said it was still out for delivery. After the window I called, 1) they said that my phone number was in the system wrong (how when you called me to reschedule this delivery?) 2) they said they couldnt track or get in contact with the driver (its 2018.....) 3) they said there was no one that could help me. Here we are two days later, Ive heard nothing from them. They are delivering this for me from Amazon and Ive now discovered what Amazon doesnt do well and will never recommend anyone to use XPO logistics.

These people are completely incompetent. They sat on our mattresses for a full week now. Refuse to deliver them without a bed frame that was part of the order. What? I own a distribution company and no wonder I dont consider you competition. WOW.
Ordered an item through Amazon with a scheduled delivery and they didn’t show up. I had to contact Amazon to chase this company down. After speaking with someone from XPO they stated they didn’t have any record of my item. The order process showed amazon moving the item along to this company then they can’t find it??
Seen a sign inside....3 days since last forklift accident.......how do you wreck a forklift,and often enough you got to put a sign up?

Warning to all o/o!!!!!! In last 6 months three of my loads have been canceled after i drove couple hundred miles to their terminal, dropped trailer had to bobtail to truck stop and get called from xpo that my load has been canceled, two of three times didnt get a cent from them for truck not in use, dont book loads with xpo terminal in the Nashville you will lose your money fuel and time

The employees a the distribution center use Nance Ln as a drag strip. Constantly speeding. Even passing school busses that drop off students on this road. This is absolutely unacceptable.
