We recently had a fantastic experience at this store. Went in to find a Filing Cabinet for our home office. The one that fit well was not on sale however they looked up the online price and gave us that price. $40.00 saving. It was a very nice thing to do. Defines Customer Service. Everyone here is SO nice and patient. They loaded our truck for us and were so incredibly pleasant to talk to.

Very nice people. However, not one of the folks working in the store was a wearing mask. I will not be returning until you take this pandemic seriously. I am taking your health seriously -- I wear a mask. You should take my health and your employees health seriously as well.

Their printing staff actually KNOWS what they are doing here. I drive out of my way for their professionalism and quality customer service.Other places that offer printing cannot come close to the standard that is held here. The staff goes above and beyond and are always helpful.

Stopped by to have some paperwork printed. I was greeted and assisted by Mitchell. I wont go into details but 5 stars doesnt do justice to the level of enthusiasm he displayed. Informative, knowledgeable and eager to help are just a few qualities. Mitchell you are a superstar. Office Depot should be thankful to have you as a part of the staff.

People at this store told me they had 50 ft cat 6 ethernet cables. I drove 30 min to their store and they were completely out of stock. The people who work here are utterly incompetent and should be fired. Dont bother calling this store and expecting a person with any care or intelligence will help you. They dont care at all about your business. I guess Im stuck shopping at Best Buy or Amazon with Nashvilles limited tech options.

The worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. My wife purchased two office chairs. They only had one in stock and said they would deliver the chairs. ($38). They delivered them two days later but to the wrong residence. The correct address was on the invoice. I called the store and they said to call the 800 number, which I did. I asked them to pick up the chairs at the wrong address and deliver them to me. It was their mistake and it did not occur to me that they would see that as my problem. I was wrong. They said that they would refund the delivery charge, but it was up to me to get them to my house. I know service this poor is hard to believe, but it is absolutely true. Needless to say there are other office supply stores near me. I wont be back to Office Depot.

This store has so much variety that I can almost always find what I want for office supplies here. The staff are very helpful, and will ask if you found everything but leave you alone if you want to browse. They will also order for you if you need something unusual, or they often can tell where to look if they dont carry the item. They have a lot in bulk, so if you want one or two, use a general store. I go here regularly.

They do not do printer ink cartridge refil even though the internet says that they do.

Julia in the copy center was super helpful and got my print job done in just a few quick minutes.

Staff is well informed on inventory and very helpful in locating needed products.

Definitely helped. Even though it is an old machine, they honored the free tune up. Will definitely go back when I am ready to buy a new computer.

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. They dont know anything about their products and have continuously given me incorrect information which has caused nothing but a headache for days. Go to a different store.

Its an Office Depot with just above the minimum of stick requirements. Dont expect much more than aged tech and the most popular furniture. Pretty decent prices on paper and other essentials.

Decidedly underwhelming. All in one visit:-They couldnt get their machine to print on envelopes...even though they said at first theyd be able to help me with that.-Their computer stopped working for a while which meant that a lady couldnt use her coupon and had to make a special return trip (which she will do tomorrow morning)-A lady couldnt return something that the store had ordered for her because it had been shipped to her house so had to be shipped back.-The staff did NOT seem like they wanted to be there. Not very helpful.-Lots of waiting for not great results.

They did have what I needed. One associate was cleaning the mens restroom, and I really needed to go. Instead of allowing me to use the restroom she continued to clean. Maybe Im oldschool but this seems a little bit rude. I know she has a job to do, but the restroom wss disgusting. Smelled like lysol, but improperly cleaned for a long time. Im not saying it was her fault that the restroom was disgusting, but PLEASE have some respect for your older customers.

They could not help me with my laptop repair and my data recovery, all what they want me to do is get a new laptop.

Ready to close 30 minutes early. Couldnt find anyone to help me or ring me up for 10 minutes prior to close.

Very poor customer service. Very rude staff and management was not any better. I paid online for my documents to be trimmed and they were not willing to trim them. My money was not refunded either.

I used the print service and the guy was so nice. Also the end result was just what I wanted.
