Needed help concerning shipment from Gold Belly company. Two pizzas from Chicago are sitting on a truck in Nashville all day. Its 6pm and package was loaded onto truck at 8:30am. I finally got a human and not a robot to answer, and both could do nothing but read to me what my computer screen tracking already showed. The human agent did add that if Gold Belly had spent more money, then the pizzas would not be sitting on the truck still. Mmmm, nice. Way to go, UPS. This is why my company cant rely on you.

Driver on my route is horrible about not actually leaving packages and just slapping a note on my door. Cameras pointed at front and side doors shows no delivery attempt, no knock on my door, and no notification via text or email about my delivery. Abysmal customer experience. When attempting to contact customer service its an endless loop of a self help menu. By the time you reach a person, youll probably have to just go pick up the package here. Terrible delivery service.

This is the only company I have issues with. I had bought a PS5 from PlayStation direct and was told it would arrive sometime between 12:45-2:45. 2:45 comes buy and no package was delivered. I had errands to run so I left my siblings to take the package. UPS guy arrives and my sisters literally take 1 minute to put on a jacket. They go outside and the dude is walking towards his UPS car. They yell for him and he ignores them since he was on his phone. He loops around the court as they wave at him to stop. He ignores them and keeps driving. I am then told I can pick up my package between 3-6 and show up only to be told that I couldn’t pick up my package and that I will have to wait til Monday to have it delievered. Worst service I have ever experienced.

This is the worse place I have ever seen with guest service we have a snow storm and now everyone thinks they can speak to people any way they want. You lost my package with my sons medicine in it and I have the issue. The supervisor Becky should be fired and I don’t take saying that lightly, I work in guest service and deal with people and understand bad days. She could care less that my sons med is lost that he could VERY well die without it and her answer is I can’t help you and put the person in guest service back on the phone. I will never use this service again and will tell everyone that I know to never use them again. And “Becky” whoever you are....Carma will get you!

This location has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issues with delivered being made to my building. Drivers have been contacted and they flat out lie about the building situation. I have proof of what our building deliveries look like and they have yet to be resolved. Many of us at my building pay for a package locker system, yet the drivers cite their are no lockers available which then doesnt matter because if the lockers are full...drivers are to deliver packages to residents doors...instead they pile them up leaving them out for anyone to grab and steal. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE AT THIS CENTER HAS EVER CALLED ME TO ADDRESS IT AFTER BEING TOLD OVER 5X SOMEONE WILL REACH OUT TO RESOLVE IT...so posting the issue here...with photos as proof that the drivers are dishonest and lazy

While the gentlemen in the office were very kind. They even complimented my grandmothers fur coat I was wearing kindness does not make up for ineptness. Went in here today to ship a package I expressly asked to be shipped ASAP no matter the cost. I paid $187.90 to ship to Sweden. After I leave the store I get an email telling me the expected delivery date of 12/29. That is nearly $200 for 10 DAYS TIME on “worldwide expedited shipping” which UPS website expressly states as 2-5 business days. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Then when I try to get the number to call the store to try & rectify this situation it’s an 800 number that goes to god knows who god knows where. I have been transferred twice now (because each time they had to transfer me to someone who handles international shipping, I have now been on hold for 14:33 & counting.) HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not ship here!!!

Just now leaving this store, older gentleman did not catch his name was completely and utterly useless. Could not get him to help me with a package that had been delivered to the wrong address. Have never met a more worthless employee at any store. Could not explain how to fix things Try to argue with me stating that the debit card was not mine even though my name was directly on it and I had my license out. Will be shipping with FedEx for the United States Postal Service from now on

My package has been at the nashville warehouse for 4 days. Another package is 7 days overdue. You can’t call and actually speak to a person! This is terrible customer service! I am more than able to go pick it up myself but can’t get anyone on the phone, can’t speak to an actual agent and the automated call says I’m not registered and I most definitely am! Useless absolutely USELESS!!!

Have a two day package from Amazon Sitting at the Nashville warehouse since August 28th its now Sept 4th still with no delivery! Can not get an agent on the phone to find out Why in Gods name they will not deliver the package! Delay? Really WHAT DELAY??? This company is becoming worse than USPS!!! So I frequently get packages from UPS. At least 2 per week. I signed up for the UPS My Choice to get the 4 hour window to help manage some deliveries. I have even paid the extra $7 at times to get the 2 hour delivery window.It doesn’t matter what the delivery estimate is it is wrong 90% of the time. It is absurd! The point of this is to inform the consumer to help manage THEIR deliveries. Yet this location takes it upon themselves to do whatever they want to do with ZERO consideration for the CUSTOMER.I can guarantee that when your company no longer puts the customers needs at the top of the companies priorities that your business model is bound to fail.The driver of the truck, the lowest level employee of the company should not be making logistics decisions for a company striving to be better for the customer.The only reason why they are wrong 90% of the time is the loading specialist and drivers are just throwing stuff on the back of truck, you can’t fault them, they are just trying to get the job done. However, there should be a special designed system that at least makes your “right” more than your “wrong.” So much for under promise and over deliver.

Super Great Customer Service!! :)Service with a smile :) First, I called then to get some help and information....and the girl was extremely friendly and helpful :) Then when I went into the store, she and the manager were very nice and helpful :) Also they gave me a free pen and a coupon for one of their services :) The waiting line was short, and the store is very neat, clean, and cheerful! Also they had fun pop music playing, which I really enjoyed....as some companies have no music, and it makes it so boring to wait! So 5 stars all around on this excellent, friendly UPS store!! Highly recommend!! :)

Driver failed to leave package because no one could sign for it. Totally understood that. Next delivery day someone waited all day just for the driver to fail to knock on the door and instead leave a note attached saying they had attempted delivery. They didn’t even knock. Another family member tried to flag down the driver but he couldn’t be bothered. I understood that. I wouldn’t stop for someone on the road. Called to arrange pick up and the driver had left the wrong sticker and tracking number. I then argued with a gentleman over this fact for about twenty minutes with his answer being I should contact shipper. Said he couldn’t look up the correct packing number by name. Finally found the first sticker and learned that the package wasn’t delivered..... seriously. Tells me I can pick up at the nearest customer center...30 miles away. At 7:30 the following day. Arrive at 8:30 so that they would have time to get it there. I am told there that the package is still in the sorting facility. Wait for over 30 minutes for the package to arrive. No apology. No notion that they even care that it’s Christmas Eve and this package is important. They did however have a rousing conversation about the show Ridiculouness. I think that sums up the customer service here perfectly. Ridiculous. Ship FedEx.

I wish I cloud give this location 0 stars.Three times they’ve tried delivering my table. For three weeks. Every time, my table has been damaged. Then I ask, Please just leave at the delivery center and I’ll pick it up myself. So I drive all the way there, just to be told that once again, my table is on a truck going to my house. POOR communication, horrific customer service and a deplorable company and location. I’ve never had so many issues in my life with a company. At this rate, I won’t have my dining set before the holidays. All because of a company with 0 education and empathy.

Package was to be delivered on may 21st having to leave for a graduation they failed to leave package after given verbal and written instructions to do so. Today a person was home all day to receive package when question we were told package was in route but following on app as instructed showed truck at facility. Also in the past packages have been mishandled and drivers seen throwing packages on porch. When supervisor was informed nothing came of it. Poor customer service

If it was possible I would give ZERO STARS!!!! I had 2 packages coming yesterday, they delivered 1, rescheduled the other for today. Then I had 2 packages coming AGAIN today...and YET AGAIN they delivered ONLY ONE!!! I tracked my delivery all day, I literally watched them drive ON my road 3 times and then on the road that runs in front of my house 3 MORE times. A car in the driveway all day, someone home ALL DAY WITH DOOR OPEN. I called customer service (what a joke!!!!!) And at first was ASSURED I would get my package today, then they back tracked and said that all the drivers were gone for the day and therefore I Would NOT be Getting my package today. Their employees dont do their job and I dont get my purchased item,.yea thats how that should work. A supervisor of that driver is supposed to call me at 10 am and a formal complaint and write up will be entered. I am disgusted with the company! Will update tomorrow!

I ordered a gift on line and it was scheduled for delivery on 2/18/15. I checked and it said that it was out for delivery. the package never arrived. the explanation had been changed to Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery. / Your delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day . Fair enough....we had snow and ice. still plenty of time to have the gift in hand for Sat morning. Thursday night. still no package with the same update on the tracking. - I called the facility on Massman Dr to see about picking up the package on Friday (When I talked to the manager there she explained that it was driver discretion and he deemed that the roads were too bad in our area even though the mail AND FedEx were delivering without any problem) so I could have the gift for the party on Sat. I was shocked to find out that they placed my package on a tractor trailer along with 3,000 other packages and told me that there was no way for me to come get my package. I could not believe that there were so careless. What if it was someones medicine or something that was time sensitive like food or something that was needed for work? Come ON UPS!!! If you are going to tell me that you cant deliver because of bad roads AND you wont let me come pick it up then YOU are not fulfilling your contract!!!! I am VERY disappointed in this company and will NOT be using them in the future.

The customer center itself if great. No issues there. 5 stars to them. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to the drivers that deliver out of this center. I have tried multiple times to have packages delivered to my house only to have to call customer service (in another country) and have the package left at this center. For some reason they think my address doesnt exist. Ive even left very specific directions on how to get to my house. Get with the program drivers!

This should not be construed as an indictment of the Massman Dr. location but as a failed process in which UPS shares at least some of the blame. To be fair, the moronic shipper, Verizon, shipped the item with an in person signature required for delivery. At that point property that was legally ours, bought and paid for, fell hostage to a series of lunatic policies.After two failed delivery attempts (who has time to sit and wait all day for a delivery sometime before end of day?) we decided to try to have the package held for pickup at a UPS store in our home town. The @#&$+$ automated phone menu (subject matter aplenty for a War and Peace length litany of fire and brimstone curses) assured us that someone would call within an hour to aid in directing the package to a convenient (relative term at this point) location. To make a long story a bit shorter, with no more opportunity for input on our part, the package was impounded at a hub in Nashville, TN, a place that to visit would make the plague seem like a hangnail. So, more time and expense wasted to post bail for something that was OURS...I hope this is an isolated case. It still doesnt plumb the depths of mediocrity achieved by the USPS but its only one letter away.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟...for FedEx

It’s 10:40am I’m Saturday and I just received a “Sorry we missed you” message that my small package couldn’t be delivered at 9:20am. Three of us have been home all morning, three cars in the driveway. No UPS truck came by our road at this time, AND this package could easily be left in the mailbox as it’s a small box of ink pens. Dishonesty is not part of good customer service.

Trying to ship a package through the actual UPS customer center is a real chore as well as very costly. Once you arrive, you now have to use their computers to either set up an account or do a guest account and then enter all your shipping information. Then you stand in line to take that to the customer counter to only have them keying in some of the same information you entered. I shipped a 3.0 lb package from Nashville to Boston and it weighed 3.0 lb but on the receipt it states it was indeed 3.0 lb but that I was being billed for 6.0 lb. WHAT THE WHAT?!!! REALLY??? How is that possible? I buy $2 worth of gas but Im being charge for $4 worth of gas?? THIS IS NOT RIGHT and I intend to contact UPS! I thought driving further to go directly to UPS would be cheaper than these UPS stores.....Im not so sure and I would suggest you think twice about this and possibly using USPS instead.

If people could give me correct information and not waste my time, Id give a better review. The staff is friendly but UPS has a severe disconnect between the people on the phone and the people at the location. Ive discovered that nobody really has a clue where your package is and the company is to big to care. If I do a bad job I dont get paid. UPS does a bad job and you get Im Sorry but your being arguementative. Well Im sorry but I was told my package was available for pickup in Nashville over the phone, I show up and the local staff said it was in Canada but the next day its actually in Hong Kong! Ill use FedEx for international shipping from now on. Less expensive, faster, and they dont lie to me and waste my time.

I work at an apartment community and we have had a lot of residents come to us with packages left at their door belonging to a different resident. The mixed up apartment numbers are hardly similar. (example: h206 got i305s package) I assume if you can drive a UPS truck you can read a label and match it to the door number. Today we got multiple packages that dont even belong on our street. I saw the UPS truck drive through the community but they left before I could stop and talk with them. Yes, them - there were 2 people in the truck, youd think at least one could do their job correctly!This is a continuous problem that should not be overlooked! We even have a resident who has had their medication miss-delivered twice and unfortunately the resident who got the packages did not turn it in (and we have no clue where it went since UPS doesnt know how to read / match letters and numbers)I highly suggest to use FedEx or USPS for all your package needs until UPS figures out how to get with the program!
