Osmon was great!I walked in with no appointment to have a duplicate car key cut and programmed. I would have been out in about 20 minutes, but Osmon and I got to talking a little. 😁The cost was half what the dealer was charging and about 65% of what another locksmith was going to charge.Parking is a bit tight. Look for the big A1 on the top of the two story building. There are a lot of signs on that part of Nolensville, and you might miss them. Im very happy I didnt miss them.Ill definitely use their services again, when needed.

After losing my key last night I was stuck in the rain and decided to call A-1 locksmith. They sent out a technician which arrived very quickly and was kind enough to even let me use an umbrella while he remade a key. Technician was very friendly and performed an amazing job. Lost keys. Ended up being locked in car. But agreed to let me check car first then if key was not in the car was going to apply the lock out fee to making and programming a new key.Ended up being locked in the car. And made me a spare key while he was there. Still $50 cheaper than if someone else would have made a key. And it was on a holiday weekend.I will always call this company.

They were able to program my copy of key that I bought from Amazon for a good price versus going to the dealership. I took the copy key to dealership and they couldnt guarantee. Plus, dealership was going to charge me double the price as apposed to A-1 Locksmith. It was ridiculous as you thought taking your cars or any car misc the dealership would be able to do it with their skills but it was definitely a failed and disappointment. I totally recommend A-1 Smith.

I had a GREAT experience at A-1. I needed a spare key for my 2012 Honda minivan. I called and they told me to come in the next morning. I did, and I didnt have to wait at all. Broke my car key fob this morning and still had the key. Knowing it would cost me an arm and a leg to replace it at the dealership, I shopped around and called these guys.Very pleased with the final result. Got a new housing for my old key (they used the old “guts” - buttons, etc) and a separate copy of the key with no fob as a spare for probably half of what I would have paid the dealership for just a valet key.Be sure to call and get a quote or make sure they carry keys for your type of car, but I thought the pricing was fair and their service was quick and excellent. Saved me a huge headache and got the problem fixed over a lunch break.

I bought a JEEP Wrangler that didnt come with the key for the doors and they were able to make me a key in less then 5 min or so. Very quickly and cheaper then if I bought all 3 new locks online. So it saved me a lot of time. I would definitely get them to make a key for you if you lose yours.

A-1 Locksmith is an amazing locksmith company. The locksmith remade my 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse keys and chip in less than 10 minutes. I had Pop-A-Lock come over the night before and try to charge me for a half done job in which they were not able to remake my remote. I declined to pay them because I believed there were better Locksmiths out there. The locksmith also changed my house door since it was in bad shape also. All in less than 45 minutes and for the price Pop-A-Lock was trying to charge me for half done job. I highly recommend anyone needing to remake auto or change home lock to A-1 Locksmith. Very friendly and thorough. I already had a blank key for my 2003 Lexus. A-1 was able to cut the key for me very quickly. I did not have the car with me to test the key. They told me if I had any problems just bring it back and they will fix it. I got home and tested the key and it worked flawlessly! I will definitely go back for all of my key and lock services!

My husband took two broken key fobs, one for our Acura and the other for our Infiniti, to A-1. We purchased the unprogrammed fobs online and then took them to A-1 to be programmed and cut. The gentlemen at A-1 couldnt have been more hospitable or knowledgable. The Acura fob was straightforward but the Infiniti fob was more difficult because of the push-button start. They consulted documentation and each other and were able to correctly program and cut this key fob as well. Their prices are very reasonable and the entire experience was as pleasurable as getting key fobs cut and programmed can be. We highly recommend!

I found them online and they were the most helpful. I called my dealership and it was beyond expensive. The dealership charged about $300 and I got the same keys for half that. They were super quick and the most friendly. I wish I knew about them a long time ago when I had to get my doors rekeyed. Come to them and they will help you for sure. Greatest Service!!!!

I needed Admin keys made for a 2014 Ford F150....Online scheduling was a snap. Thats as good as this review gets. I made my appointment and then built my schedule around the locksmith ETA. I received a call 10 min after the designated time only to be told a bunch of B.S on why he could not do the work, He kept telling me I only have two options and both were very pricey and felt like he was trying to strong arm me into what he wanted to do. When I asked about the price difference from the list that I was given online versus the numbers he was talking he laughed at me. He was rude and unprofessional.This guy was a shill from the word go. I will never ever use or recommend A1 Locksmith of Nashville. The locksmiths name on the online schedule system was O S man. Beware

Great service!! I had a key broken off in my ignition for a while (like 2 years) and today it decided not to work any longer. A-1 locksmith came out and got the rest of my key out of the ignition, made a new key using the old broken key. Then used the key code from the ignition to make an exact replica of the original key. He programmed it for my truck and it works like new again. Would highly recommend!
