I needed a couple of spare keys for my motorcycle. These are chip keys and very specific to the manufacturer and model. I ordered the blank keys from a dealer on the west coast and needed to get them cut locally. Chip keys are expensive so I wanted them cut right. Not a job I would trust to a hardware or big box store. West End Lock Co cut the keys for me. They were quick, professional, and the cost was very reasonable. This will be my go to place for anything lock related.

First impression is the best. This place is great. I needed a key and Ace hardware sent me here. They cut my key based on the key code and was done within 10 mins because I didn’t have my original. The key work great!

On the 3rd day out on a planned 3-week road trip I discovered I left the house without the key to the battery compartment for my E-Bile. I cant say a bad thing about them. Had keys made twice by them..it was done ultra fast..like 3 minutes.

This place is great. Very professional and nice, their shop is really cool looking. The guy behind the counter was polite and dedicated to helping me. I would recommend them.

First, they ordered the wrong lock. Second, they needed to order (didnt have in stock) a common part for the new lock but never told me when it was in. When I went back to return the lock after a week of waiting for the part, they said theyd do it the next morning but still charged me. Third, the keys they made for the lock dont work and they cant figure out how to make correct keys from code. They want me to spend an hour bringing the original key in rather than just look at the key type in one of the same locksets they sell. I am now waiting another full day for them to find my work order and call me back.I dont know how other locksmiths are in Nashville. But, be warned about West End.
