I received a hair follicle test (completely painless) here. With 4 little strands of hair I was able to see different vitamins I may be low on, certain stressors (emotional/environmental/etc) that may be causing issues, as well as food intolerances to look out for.I had been having stomach issues before coming in here, upon leaving I had a report analyzed as well as a doctor call to explain the results to me. After finding out I may have an intolerance to gluten, I cut it out completely and my stomach issues were resolved. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle or for lifestyle changes to help with hair growth.
The quality of the hair replacement units are excellent. The staff is very skilled and make every effort to achieve the look that I desire. I’m never “just a number,” but a valued client. The owner and stylists take pride in the work they do.

I was skeptical at first, but I was overwhelmed by the amount of information I received about my body from the Single Hair Analysis Test. I would recommend the test to anyone of any age to help improve their health. What I learned about myself was AMAZING. I absolutely feel better after following the recommendations I received from the test.
Ok...it took me years to finally get brave enough to take the plunge and get the hair that I was missing. I did tons of research and soul searching before going for it. Im so glad I did and that I chose HPI to be the folks to help me through the process!You have to have realistic expectations about transitioning and realize that it will take a little bit to find your look and what works for you. Just have patience with the process and the ladies here will work with you to find the look that you want!It took me a few tries of what I was looking for and now Ive found it and couldnt be happier!!Kimberly was very warm and made me feel so comfortable on my 1st few visits and Cindy, who is my stylist, is amazing! I went to HPI with high hopes of getting some good advice, support and treatment for my thinning hair. Initially Kim could not have been nicer but once I became a problematic client she couldn’t be bothered with me. I have an EXTREMELY oily scalp and so my scalp did not respond well to the shampoo/conditioner/niacin scalp therapy products provided by HPI or the laser light therapy I was getting 3x weekly. My scalp soon became extremely irritated and itchy. I was so upset as my hair began to shed more than it was before arriving at HPI. I desperately tried to contact Kim via emails and phone calls and more often than not neither were responded to or returned. I am now left with more hair loss than when I started and therefore have requested a refund. Kim is now totally MIA and won’t respond to me at all. So BEWARE of HPI if you have an oily scalp or other unusual circumstances as it may not be conducive to your hair loss needs. It was an extremely discouraging and costly venture. I am still hoping Kim will do the right thing and give me a refund.

When I first walked in the doors of HPIHair, I was extremely discouraged with tremendous hair loss due to a really stressful time in my life. Immediately, Kimberly and her staff put me at ease and restored my hope that hair growth and restoration was extremely possible. I personally was sold on PRP when I leaned that the injection therapy used my own blood platelets to stimulate my hair follicles as opposed to harsh chemicals or superficial lotions or solutions. So far, I have been very pleased and relieved with the positive results. I am finally feeling hopeful!

Its only been two months since I started going to HPI Hair Partners and my scalp is filling in nicely! After just one PRP treatment I noticed new hair growth and less bald spots within days. HPI has always gone out of their way to provide professionalism, privacy, and great customer service. I experienced hair loss several years ago and was extremely sensitive about it. Kimberly and her staff have always helped me come to a solution that made me feel confident and myself. Any time I wasnt completely satisfied, HPI followed up in full and provided numerous solutions to fix whatever problem I had. Working with them over the years, I have built a nice relationship with the staff that makes me feel genuinely heard and cared for.
I recently discovered that the wig I purchased from HPI was not European hair. While going through chemo, I lost all of my hair. I had a consultation with Kimberly, and ordered a wig made of European hair. Upon finding out that my wig was not what I was told it was...and paying $3200.00 for it, I contacted the company about my discovery and disappointment. I was told they would be calling to discuss this matter. I haven’t heard from them. It’s a shame that a company would take advantage of customers, especially when they are sick.
Kimberly and her team at HPI are miracle workers. When I found out I would have to have chemo the first thing that I thought of was losing my hair. When a friend suggested I meet with Kimberly at HPI I was so excited. I left my consult appointment feeling really confident with what we decided. This is my 3rd hair piece I have purchased from HPI however they have change the ownership or suppliers because this last hairpiece has went down drastically in hair quality. They don’t use as much hair it’s so much thinner and there’s broken hair pieces all over. They tried to tell me that was just where the hair was tied in but I’m not new to this I know what a hair piece should look like. I am very unhappy with this purchase and will not be using them again .

UPDATE: I received an email from the company saying they are moving their offices. Clearly Im in their database, though the owner below says I have never been a customer.Have a $1200+ unit that is unwearable and too small. I put my trust in this company and it proved to be an expensive mistake. Save yourself money and frustration and steer clear. The owners response below is not true. I paid a downpayment for the unit in April 2013 of $600+ and then in September 2013 I paid the rest. Ive been in the building four times. Jennifer was the person who worked with me. The fact the owner says I was not a customer is even more reason not to work with this company.

After 22 years, I am taking my business elsewhere. The previous owner, Sheryl, was quite a businesswoman and a caring person. She understood that hair is deeply personal. She understood the challenges that people dealing with hair loss experience. I appreciated how she handled this business.The stylists here are top notch, but the new management pays lip service to true customer service, as evidenced by the lack of attention to and sincere effort in resolving issues like shedding and poor quality products. Actions speak louder than words. Saying you are a great business is simply not enough.I dont expect perfection, as I have been in this hair loss space for most of my adult life. However, I do expect a business to respect me and others as people and to work with me/others as issues with products arise. I expect a business owner I work with to stand by his/her word.After a year of shedding with multiple systems, the issue was never resolved. Hair would fall out daily. My stylist noticed this during my visits as well. The management told me it was my fault, that I was doing something to cause it. Later the story changed.So, rather than pay $3600 for new products that were likely to again be faulty, I started researching other places. There are multiple places in Nashville, Asheville, Atlanta, Birmingham, and Knoxville (Hair club in Nashville, Hair Restoration Asheville, Jupiter Salon Knoxville, and Bosley Hair Restoration in Atlanta) just to name a few, that were more helpful to me than the current owner of HPI.I did decide on a new place after this research. In addition to great customer service, the cost is significantly less than what I was paying on a monthly basis with HPI. I probably could have played it safe and stayed in my comfort zone with HPI, but the idea that someone would take advantage of me (and others) in a challenging situation with limited options, does not sit well with me. I choose not to support a business that behaves in this way. And, I know of other situations similar to my own. There are also other reviews echoing the same concerns about shedding.So, HPI is a good place when things are going well, but when there is an issue dont rely on the management to have your back. I learned this the hard way. I am not actually leaving HPI after 22 years. This company is not the same one I started with. And, even once I left, the owner refused to give straight answers to my questions about another hair piece that is in their possession for which I have paid. Unethical business practice! Please do not support a company that treats customers this way.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 5 months ago and decided to undergo chemo therapy as part of my treatment. When I started looking for hair prostheses, I was very discouraged. I felt very exposed and vulnerable, and the synthetic options were not comparable to my natural hair which was long and fine.From the moment I walked into HPI Hair and met with Kimberly, I was so relieved. I had found a place that could help me get through this difficult time. I had already had my first treatment when I met with Kimberly. She told me it would take approximately one week to receive my hair prosthesis, but to let her know if I started to lose my hair before then and she would do whatever it took to get it to me.I was in my sister’s wedding a week ago, and friends and family that have not seen me since my hair fell out did not even notice I was wearing a hair prosthesis. Thanks to HPI Hair, I am as confident today as I was before my hair fell out.
Worst experience ever. Under new management, had to send my hair back because it shed, the owner is the worst when it comes to customer service. If I could do it all over again. I wouldnt. Go elsewhere.. Too expensive for the headache.
