Ladies, listen. This aging thing really sucks. I’m five years post hysterectomy at 48 and I’m exhausted. Then I met Dr Ibrahim. Here is my experience:It is extremely obvious that this doctor has spent thousands upon thousands of hours studying female hormones and it’s effect on the body. After seeing a few doctors over the years since my hysterectomy, I am relieved to the point of tears to find Dr Ibrahim.A friend recommended him and told me it wasn’t ok that my body was so exhausted. Since she is a nurse, I very quickly called to set my appointment.At my initial consultation, he asked a series of questions, and set forth in motion an immediate action plan tailored for me. A blood test was drawn. And the testosterone pellets were given before I left his office. The other two hormone replacements my body was screaming for was addressed. No one had taken the time to explain to me why I needed which hormone and how the hormone is best given for proper conversion in the body. Additionally, he educated me about my thyroid, my vitamins, and multiple other important items that my body needed.I’m sitting on my couch today with natural hormones prescribed that are long gone from my body. No drug. No “here’s a pill”. Dr Ibrahim must me some kind of mathematical genius because I was taking many of the things myself, but I was taking them all wrong. I was a major sun worshiper when I was in college. At that time, no one knew the damage it would do later in life. I gave up the baby oil years ago, but by that time it was too late. My legs were literally covered in brown spots. I opted for long skirts in in the summers. Over the last few years, I have spent an enormous amount of money trying to have the brown spots removed . I have been to Med Spas, dermatologists, and even a plastic surgeon attempting to remove them, but nothing worked. I met Dr. Ibrahim in Asheville. After looking at my legs, he assured me that he could remove the spots. I had previously given up but decided to go ahead and try one more time. His confidence was contagious, and I left feeling very little pain, and a LOT of positivity!! It took about 3 weeks for the spots to completely go away. I had one touch up after the initial visit. Now that Nashville is opening, I’m excited to try the new treatments that restores the texture and elasticity of the skin. Bye bye long skirts!

Wow! Honestly - words cannot explain how wonderful my experience was at Biltmore Restorative. Dr. Ibrahim and his team are the DREAM TEAM. To give you all a little background history, I have been so self conscious about my forehead wrinkles, brown spots, unwanted hair... the list goes on... FOR EV ER but I am terrified of pain and needles. A few months ago, I decided to give Biltmore a call (with no real intentions of getting anything done in the near future) and spoke with some girls in the office who immediately put me on the phone with Dr. I. He was so so nice and made me feel way more comfortable. After our conversation, I decided to book an appointment for Secret RF microneedling (key word needle — eeeek), laser hair removal and the brown spot laser treatment. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by the sweetest women. I went through with each treatment that I had originally signed up for and I am baffled by the results. My face feels lighter, tighter, smoother, prettier, etc... the list really does go on. On top of that, I no longer have to stress about my armpit hair and most importantly!!! — BIKINI HAIR showing when I wear my bathing suit. Dr. Ibrahim and his staff have amazed me once again. I went in for the Secret facial and botox but came out with so much more. I had horrible tendonitis in my shoulder and complained to Dr. Ibrahim about it while I was there. Dr. Ibrahim and his PA, Shannan and his NP, Ashley, were able to inject my PRP into the shoulder joint to give me some much needed relief. I went in for a basic facial and met with the aesthetician. During our conversation, I told her I had insomnia. She said the hormones would help me sleep. That day I had my bloodwork done and started hormone therapy. I have slept through almost every night ever since.When I met with Dr. Ibrahim we also discussed many of my health concerns and I found out he was a Urologist. I have suffered from IC (interstitial cystitis) for most of my life. Its all the symptoms of having a urinary tract infection without an infection. He suggested I try the Juliet and -0- shot package series together. I’m on my second package.
