Best indoor cycling studio in Nashville. Community surrounding it is only second to the quality of classes, bikes, and instructors you’ll find here. Nashville needed this (no Soulcycle here) and we got even more than we bargained for. Voted #1 cycling instructors.

Full Ride has managed to create a welcoming community in a short amount of time and its because their instructors love what they do and who they are leading on that podium. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Classes are challenging but you’re always encouraged to go at your own pace. 10/10 would recommend.

Full Ride is hands down one of my favorite experiences Nashville offers. I crave a Full Ride workout more than any other workout. What makes Full Ride so special and so powerful is the team. From their personalities to their playlists, every single instructor seems like they were born to teach and lead others. Every instructor brings a different and much-needed energy, light, and uplifting hour to my day. They beautifully marry the exercise of mind and body, and I finish each class feeling both physically better and emotionally more myself. My sisters and long-distance friends who live out of town ask if we can take a Full Ride class together when they visit. When COVID-19 hit, I immediately asked myself what I would do without Full Ride. Shortly thereafter, Full Ride launched its digital platform, Full Access, and it is the one workout that has grounded me during this pandemic. Im so grateful to be able to ride from home. I turn the lights out, crank the volume, and truly feel like I am in the cycling studio with each instructor. My Full Access classes have been my time to re-center, touch base with myself, and feel the magic Full Ride always emits. I love this studio so much, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Nashville is so lucky to have you, Full Ride!

I absolutely LOVE everything about Full Ride Cycling in Nashville. The instructors are incredible. Every single one of them. The classes are insane in the best way! Its the perfect combination of challenging yourself yet somehow simultaneously restorative. Each time I clip in, for 45 minutes (or an hour) I am completely unplugged and focused solely on my ride. Lastly, and probably most importantly, Full Ride has the best cycling community in Nashville. I feel welcomed not only but the Full Ride team but by each and every rider clipped in alongside me throughout my ride.

As someone who has tried multiple cycle studios in. Nashville, Full Ride is the absolute best. Most studios you have to pick and choose what instructor you want to ride with because some aren’t as good as others; at Full Ride, you do not have that problem. Each instructor is so incredible, the rides are so different, you feel challenged but encouraged after each ride. Choose a studio where you look at the instructors and you want to be more like them. That’s why I go to Full Ride.

Its got grit, heart and community. Kenzie, Shawna, Meg, Beccah, Maki and the whole crew are AMAZING. You seriously cannot go wrong with this one.

Ive never in my life actually sought out cardio - Ive actually done anything and everything to avoid it since I injured my knee a few years ago. Now,I cant imagine not having these 45 minute classes in my near daily routine. My first ride was only to please my very persistent girlfriend, and now I wish I would have given in sooner! Sure, dropping 15lbs is a definite perk and the zero impact on my knee is a dream come true, but its really hard to explain the magic that happens in this place. I always leave extremely sweaty, feeling centered and motivated. The instructors are full of energy and the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Went for a bachelorette party & it was amazing! The class was easy to follow and the instructor even incorporated some wedding songs into it. We got a full body workout - legs, upper body, core & butt. I have been to other cycling classes but this was definitely my fave!! Would recommend for other bachelorette parties or just in general. The instructor and other staff members were extremely friendly.

I was hesitant about cycling at first. My friend kept begging me to come to Full Ride so I finally did. Halfway through my first ride I was hooked. Not only is the atmosphere so much fun the staff and instructors are so much fun. They are supportive, encouraging, and inspiring. The only thing I regret is not trying this sooner. It’s like cycling at the club and sometimes there are dogs.

LOVE this place! Challenging workouts and engaging instructors, but what makes this place truly special is the emphasis on community. The workout is always a challenge, but the emphasis is on progress rather than perfection and on individual improvement rather than competition. These instructors make an effort to know you and love you and support you, and you find yourself pushing harder than you believed you could when you walked through the door. #FullHeart #FullFam

Fun class, good workout. New equipment and everyone was super nice. I just need to pick a different bike next time... ceilings were a little low and I was hitting the vent during the overhead weight portion. The format was literally exactly the same as Verticity in East Nashville. Perhaps they’re under the same ownership, just different names? Either way both are great cycling options. I’ll probably frequent Verticity more since it’s a few blocks from my house but I’ll come back to Full Ride at some point.

Kelsey and Kenzie have done a wonderful job with their new studio! There’s plenty of room to store your stuff, places to sit while you put on shoes or just wait, and a wonderful, positive environment. The classes themselves are great too! You do not have to be ripped or in tip top shape to do this! I know spin can seem daunting. Each song is different - you aren’t going to peddle the fastest you can go for the whole 45 minutes - they mix it up.The bikes they have are the best I’ve been on so far. I feel steady and balanced so I end up using my core and getting an ab workout too. Their weights go up to five pounds for your arm workout. If you need help with your bike, they are there. If you need water, they have it available for purchase at the front desk. And a Keurig!Parking is a breeze! They have a huge lot that’s shared with a few other places. There are bathrooms in a separate building just outside with water fountains. And there’s a sand volleyball court next door with a bar. Can’t get much better than that!

Not going to lie, this is a wall of text. TL;DR - Its worth every moment. DO IT!! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??It took me three classes to become a Full Ride junkie. My very first cycling class and intro at Full Ride, an intro class at another studio, and the return to Full Ride where it really clicked. Id been missing boot camp classes but am REALLY injury prone, got tired of internally critiquing the scientifically dubious claims of hot yoga teachers, moon after my never-to-be-beat hometown yoga studio, and hate solo exercise with a fiery passion. I will never stop missing competitive sports. I need the experience of a coach, intense exercise, and a group of equally committed people to get me to keep showing up.I passed a cycling place on my way to work last winter and looked into it on impulse. Didnt really know what I was getting into, reading about things like choreography. Choreography? On a bike? Whatever - working out is good for me in every way and I needed something. I was being offered a low intro rate at a different studio that offered stats tracking, which fascinated me. I was all ready to sign on the dotted line to purchase the unlimited monthly plan but took an intro class at Full Ride just because.I feel so lucky I did - once I could compare the two, there was no contest. Theres a vibe and energy at Full Ride thats unmatched. In every class I take, the instructors amaze me, and I adore them all for different reasons. Its awe inspiring to be around everyone else, powering through such an intense workout together. There arent any computers to track your stats on the bike to compare with other riders. It dawned on me many months in that this is part of the energy and immersion of Full Ride. All I could do at the other studio was stare at the 10 resistance of the sprinting girl in front of me while I huffed and puffed along at 0. I now have a FitBit, and I vary things with my own personal challenges based on my progress. I know I would have been fixated on comparing myself to everyone else at the other place. And if you’re injury prone like me? Its been almost 6 months now, and as long as I make sure I stretch enough Im good. The constant knee and hip problems I had from running and squats in boot camp are non-existent. Its AMAZING to be able to push yourself hard and know youll be able to walk away feeling great rather than spending your classes modifying everything, being in pain, and agonizing over your limitations.Full Ride is everything Ive always wanted from a workout and more. Ive finally found a full body HIIT group workout that my body can handle and will keep me motivated for the long run. There really arent words to describe what this place means to me and the benefit the classes have been to me over these past few months.
