Attentive. Knowledgeable. Focused on your success. Badass. Ive been working with Jim for six months and I feel the results every day. I know that to achieve my goals it is up to me to be disciplined and make good decisions. And I cant imagine a better training partner than Jim to work with on this journey.

Jim is the best. He puts in intentional effort and planning to customize your needs and wants to help you achieve your goals. Jim has a method and reason behind all that he does and focuses on correct execution and progress. His attention to detail is unreal not just in the gym with him, but tailoring workouts and even nutrition when you aren’t with him. Not only is he a great trainer, but also just a very good person who enjoys life and is such a light to have around when you need a good push to be your best.

I’ve only been working with Jim for three weeks now but what he has helped me accomplished within that time frame was more than I did by myself in 3 three years. He not only is helping me physically change but mentally and emotionally. Pushing me out of my comfort zone and showing me that everything to do with your health should be enjoyed. He is a great trainer who listens to what you want out of the journey and will lead you with smiles and jokes.

I’ve been working with Jim at Cutting Edge for over a year. He has tailored a workout program to my specific goals, and he keeps it evolving to help me stay motivated. Jim has an encyclopedic knowledge of exercise, and what to do to get specific results. Jim never takes a set off; he is there with me while I’m working out, and provides coaching when my form slips or I need momentary motivation. I really enjoy working out w Cutting Edge.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL! If youre looking for someone whos so attentive, that theyre literally cheering you on, youve found the right trainer. Jim caters your workout to YOU! He recognizes weaknesses and strengths and builds up from there.Hes not your trainer where you feel taken and question what am I getting out of this? Youll know the first day, he means business, (and very personalbe)and hell take you to your best self as long as you follow his process and commit to it.Ive been training with Jim for the past year, and still havent found a trainer who can compete with him. Youll often notice, this guy is training just like hes preaching. I started with Jim back in February of 2020, and shortly after became pregnant with my first child. I worked with Jim throughout the entire pregnancy, and couldn’t wait to get back to training with him after the baby was born! Jim customized every workout and I felt energized and fit for the entire 9 months. I am already back working with Jim towards new fitness goals. He is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer and the only trainer I would trust to work with while pregnant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Ive always been driven to train and take care of my body but I wanted to maximize my results. To do this I needed to find someone who could keep me accountable, create a training regimen that delivered results, and give the diet recommendations to achieve those results. My search focused on finding someone that practiced what they preached. Jim appeared to fit that mold so I signed up. Im in my second year of training with him and he has done an amazing job at delivering in all of those areas. He has much industry experience and knowledge, admirable work ethic, and an unparalleled passion for doing what he does. He probably should charge more for his services but he seems to enjoy it too much to do that.

Jim is amazing. He is passionate about his work and very knowledgeable. He applies the science into the planing of his sessions. He is a caring, motivating, challenging and compassionate coach. I trained for years and never thought I could gain the type of strength I am gaining while training with him.

I love my online personal training! My schedule is unpredictable so having to schedule time with a personal trainer doesnt work for me. However, online training is perfect! Jim designs my workouts to give me the most intensive workouts with the time I have available. The online training app is amazingly easy to track your progress and communicate with him. Hes very responsive and easily amused! 😝. Im grateful I contacted him!

I have been working with Jim for two years. Last year I had two knee surgeries on the same knee. Jim created upper body workouts during both recoveries so I could still keep training. After my release to start using my knee again, Jim was ready with workouts to incorporate my lower body. Caefully monitoring my form and ensuring that I experienced no knee pain or slight discomfort. Jim is professional and has a vast knowledge in his field. He is personable and a pleasure to work with.

I started with Jim a right before my ACL surgery to speed up recovery, build strength, and get back to sports. Its been over a year since and I couldnt feel better with my knee and lifting more than I have before. Jim is a great coach and personalizes an approach to best suit your goals and help you achieve them. Entirely worth the investment!

To me, having a personal trainer is a must!Ive tried to motivate myself over the years and always end up with the same results.I get sort of fit for a little while, and then right back to where I started.The question isnt, do I need a personal trainer; its, can i find a good one.Welp, I finally have and that man is Jim Cipriani!Ive been with him now for over a year and Im in the best shape of my life.Ive lost over 30Lbs., gained muscle and have all kinds of energy.Jim has not just taught me how to reach my fitness goals, but how to keep them.Dont get me wrong, its you who has to do the work and consistency is the key.Its being accountable to someone that helps me keep that consistency.Jim has a wealth of knowledge to draw from and takes the guess work out of what to do and how to do it.Jim would always say, trust in the process.Well, Im glad I have, and all that hard work is finally paying off.So, if your looking for The Best Around, Jim is the one!!!

I’ve had personal trainers since 2008. Jim is hands down the most knowledgeable on both fitness and nutrition, holds me accountable and is downright just a fun person. It’s a been a few hours a week I look forward too for the last 4 years since moving here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I signed up for online coaching with Jim at the start of COVID lockdown. It was the BEST decision Ive made in years for my fitness goals! He has been super attentive and punctual to every detail of my program. His professionalism and his positive attitude have helped me with confidence and encouragement when Ive needed it the most.I have not only achieved those initial goals I had but am now looking forward to what we can accomplish in the future. THE BEST experience Ive had with a trainer. He is so knowledgable and experienced that he can pivot mid-workout, depending on injury or equipment available (when traveling) and always keeps things fresh and interesting. He challenges you, but always keeps it fun. The workouts are HARD, but I always looked forward to them because I enjoyed hanging out with Jim for that hour and felt great afterwards- AND saw results!

LIFE. CHANGING. I came to Jim not feeling very good about myself and nervous to be in a gym. even after my first week with Jim I knew everything was about to change. His encouragement and belief in my own strength has not only changed my body (I finally have a butt!!) but changed the way I take on a lot of things in life and my own self perception... the weekly emails and recipes are a huge bonus. Without a doubt Jim is the best. He works you hard, but you have fun. He will instill in you a life-long love of exercise. Jim brings out the best in people, but it is ultimately up to you to do the work. I worked with Jim for quite some time and I really miss him. But he gave me the tools for success. Im at my lowest weight and my healthiest at 55! The mark of a GREAT trainer is when you can continue the workouts after you no longer work together. Jim will help you learn, grow and get lean.

If you are looking for a personal trainer, look no further. Jim is the best in the business. If you are considering personal training, I urge you to meet with Jim. He works with you and gets to know you and what your goals are. Jim is energetic, kind, easy to work with and kicks your butt. If theres every a scheduling issue Jim always does he best to work you in at another time. Ive had other trainers before but not like Jim. He knows the science behind every exercise and the body - he will also adapt the workouts if youve had any prior surgeries or injuries. He is truly worth every penny and I am so glad I found him!

Jim is awesome. His ability to, over time, tailor work outs that really fit my goals and any physical weaknesses that I was dealing with was impressive. My initial reasoning for contacting Jim was to get some basic knowledge on strength training. I had spent years in and out of gyms with my main focus being on cardio, but I never really saw substantial results. I have been working with Jim just shy of two months and my body has changed so much in this time period. It is to the point that I need to buy all new leggings/jeans but I don’t want to just yet because I know I’m not at my final transformation. What I like most about working with Jim is that his focus is on teaching me, not just telling me what to do. I’ve heard Jim say numerous times that I am not always going to have him around and I think that says so much about him as a person. His goal is not to keep me dependent on him so that I continue to pay for sessions. He genuinely wants me to succeed at this on my own. Aside from being an exceptional trainer, his personality deserves five stars too. I can not recommend him enough!
