They met my every expectation.When the gentleman delivered the dumpster, I explained that I needed it up close to the back deck so we could throw the items down instead of lifting them up over the side. To my pleasant surprise, he meticulously moved it back and forth until he positioned it in just the perfect place. We ordered a dumpster on the website over the weekend for Monday delivery. As promised, they called Monday morning to confirm, and it was delivered early on Monday. The driver was very helpful and accommodating about placement and even had tips for us on our project. They scheduled a pickup time, and then followed up to confirm and see if we needed to adjust for any reason. They were wonderful to work with. Flawless service! From the first phone call to the second pickup everything was easy and went like clockwork. In fact, they were always on the early side of the 2 hour window and gave me a heads up when they were 20 minutes out. Our driveway is super steep and large trucks cause alot of property damage. Griffin was the perfect answer as they were no wider than a large pick up truck. I will be using them again as we continue our renovations.

I called them up and they had the dumpster delivered on time. Oh and when they say a week they mean a full 7 day week which was nice because I had a delay on my project due to rain. I figured a week rental would just be for a 5 day work week but it was for the full 7. I was very pleased with the cost too .

Pleased with delivery of dumpster. Displeased with invoice. Was told the cost via phone. Was never advised we were “out of delivery area” and was charged over $100 fee for that. Didn’t know it until the invoice was sent and paid as we paid via phone. I would have used someone closer had I known that. Very impressed with its Griffin Dumpster rental. Called at noon and had a dumpster by 3pm. The 10 yard is smaller than you would expect but was perfect for our need and a good value. Called Monday morning and they picked it up by 2pm. The cost was what they quoted with no surprises. Good experience. Will use them again for the next remodel.

Dropped our dumpster exactly where I needed it the same day I called. Picked it up when requested. Very very happy. Prices were a little bit higher than others, but the experience was VERY good and so very seamless. They drive smaller trucks to drop off their small dumpsters, so it was very easy to get in our tight driveway. Driver was very friendly as well!

Very prompt with delivery or pickup. They charge a small daily rent until you have 5 or 6 dumps then they stop this charge.In construction we need to keep a dumpster more than a day or two in some fazes of a project so the daily rate can mount up.

Our contractor researched other companies, but the rates were high, so out of curiosity I gave Griffin a call.
