Canceled service prior to a billing period because I was selling the service address 2 weeks into the cycle. I still received a bill for the billing period. I called multiple times to have this changed and they continued to issue a bill for the cycle. The 4th time I called, the bill was adjusted to the beginning of the cycle to the day I called, halfway into the cycle and a month after the property was sold. I told them I wouldnt pay for their incompetence and they have turned the bill over to collections, refusing to drop the bill after my calls. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Ive had 3 years of experience with this company. For a while, I have had nothing wrong with their service. Each 3 months, they require us to pay 45 dollars. However, they started to increase their price for every cycle bill, until it reached $98, without warning or reason. I contacted them, but they told me that they cant change their cost to how it should and supposed to be. Thats when I left them. I want this to act as a warning to anyone that may want to sign up for their service, in order for them not to experience what I had to go through. If you are still eager to go through with their service, at least try to to talk with them, and try to reach a compromise, where they wouldnt have to raise the cost of the bill. I am in no way attempting to put the company in a bad light. I am only talking about my experience. Wouldnt recommend.
Wish there was a option for less than one star. Very very very poor customer relations, lazy truck workers, just all around poor services.
