I was sent a card in the mail. It gave info on waste management along with a scan code to review and make comments. Well of course it would not allow me to submit my comment and i will not take more time to do it here. But its time for you to move. The scent is making me sick!

The service was horrible. They are understaffed so I had to wait over 2 weeks for my garbage to be picked up and I had to wait over an hour to hear that they could not giveMe a definite date when they would come. They should be rated 0.

Terrible! Just plain terrible. I have never had such a terrible experience at a landfill like I did today . Super Rude!! First and last time I go there . I got yelled at for not knowing where to go . The smell is just horrible all around, yes its a DUMP !. but my respects for all the other landfills around, will be taking my business else where .

Ive never had a disappointing experience here. The office attendants are friendly and work to get you through quickly. The bulldozer operator up top has scared me a few times running that big behemoth close to where Im dumping but I suppose thats on me.

They just told me $236 is the minimum for basic construction debris. Im sorry but that is a rip off

I wish I knew the ladies names...The ladies that work in the office are AWESOME!!! I cannot back up a trailer and they helped me out....They had a guy waiting for me to back up the trailer for me but he let me go ahead and pull up alongside of the POV dump spot. There was another guy who helped me not get stuck in the 398696450 feet of mud right after it rained.Best of all, on my last load, I got stuck in traffic and got there 10 minutes later than they usually let people in at the end of the day. They let me dump my stuff (but its probably because it was my last load, I called ahead, and I wasnt a jerk). No, I dont understand reviewing a dump but the office people are awesome.If they see this - thanks, Ladies!!!

Wreaks 2 sq miles as ur driving by, and is located next to Nashville’s major water way. I am disappointed with the Metropolitan Government for not thinking this thru/being paid off

They will not allow residential unloading. THIS IS A COMMERCIAL DUMP SITE ONLY. It states this NO WHERE on their website. The lady at the window had no clue other dump sites in West Nashville.

The bulldozer drivers are lazy uncoordinated, and unprofessional. To be honest absolute morons

Something everyone should know: you cant dump concrete or other construction materials anywhere, including at Southern Services, if a) you show up without a tarp over your truck; 2) you dont have safety vests and goggles! Its the law, and you will be turned away, as we were.

Horrible smell everyday when I drive on Ashland City HWY...

They need to close this place...rude and expensive.

They do a great job with waste! Im amazed at how unseen they are and how efficient they eliminate our refuse.
