They are wonderful. We were visiting from out of state and our engine light came on. They had us call their sister station on Winford street and they were the only ones that said they would take the time to look at it that same day even though they were very busy. They came right out when we got there and let us know it was not an urgent problem (a glow plug was bad) and we should be fine waiting until we got home. We highly recommend them!

Did not know we’re to go to get injectors looked at I went in they lessen what I had to say thought me few more thing I did not know and going fix them quick turnaround time to get back and good thing is good prices on checking and fix them thanks pro diesel

Took injectors in for bench testing. They took them and did the work on the spot after quoting me a working day on the phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ill be back in the future!

Sent out 1 injector to be tested to them and got an immediate response from them about the results. Did a great job cleaning them and adding new seals as well for a great price and a fast turn around. Great work.

We bought injectors and had them go down. They were diagnosed by a CAT computer as being faulty, when we sent the injectors back with the diagnostic report they refused to honor the warranty. They said that we did not purchase the injectors from. After we proved proof of purchase with receipts and by Truck Pro, they still refused to honor the warranty. This is not a good place to purchase injectors, and they will not stand behind their products. It has been very difficult to deal with customer service, and you will get no reply unless you call over and over.

They turn out trash products. Refuse to honor warranty. I would not recommend buying from Pro diesel. You will regret it!

Needed injectors rebuilt for a customers Duramax; pick them up and first noticed the Injectors were clocked wrong. They offered to repair issue no questons asked, but after installing in a customers truck who lives over 500 miles away not even after 200 miles multiple injectors completely fail. The poor customer must have his truck towed all the way back to our shop; we send them off once again mind you this is a totally rebuilt Duramax studded egr delete etc. The injectors fail once again on the customers truck, this time causing engine damage. We send injectors off to three other shops just to pay to be tested before sending them back to Pro Diesel. This time we ask if they could help us out since a lean condition on on of the cylinders caused excessive blow by. We ask to talk to the owner; a month goes by finally we get ahold of someone after being led around. They basically only offered to rebuild injectors and let us keep the cores. Our shop ends up eating a remanded engine from the dealership just to take care of our customer even after so many promises and guarantees on a quality injector. It wasnt the issue of the injectors failing, it was the issue of the company not backing their product and not backing the customer after we payed multiple places to test their injectors showing it was the cause of mechanical failures.

Absolute worst customer service on the market does not honor warranty or care about the consumer, wish i could rate less then 1 star.
