The 5 stars are for James, but for the rest 0 stars for sure. I feel sorry for James having to work with this bunch, the customer service manager Bob is worthless. The driver doesnt want to do anything but drive. If you ever need anything call James, he will take care of you.

Customer service on parts counter is awful when you call on the phone. Always put on hold. I get hung up on and they do not try to call me back. As a customer on the phone Bob even said I have to go and get another line while I am talking to him. I will not put in Amana just because of bad customer service. When a customer calls me with a unit to repair that is an Amana I dread even fixing it because of Associated Equip. Co. But we do because its all about customer service. Thank you Eds Supply!
