In order to get your money out ( Payout) they make you add your bio metrics ( YES, BIOMETRICS ) + Need your Government ID + a selfy Video... Yes they need All Of These things ! Talk about violation of privacy. Other companies just ask for EIN number or SSN!!! This is really bad... Do Not Use Them, you never know what they will do with your personal information

Ive been a member of service for a little over 2 weeks and Its been the worst experience of my life. The fact you guys dont have a telephone number was a red flag for me, but against my better judgement I did it anyway for the great marketing tools you offer. I dont like how you dont give the artist control over the way we title our projects and then I was lied to saying Ditto is strictly following the styling guidelines that stores provide but Ive posted these projects on ALL streaming sites previously through another distributor (Distrokid) and was able to submit it just fine with no issues. Ive been talking through email to customer service since the 24th for 1 issue because it takes 24 hours to get a response and I have been getting the sorry we cant help you thats just what it is attitude.

Very disappointed, help desk says a response within 24 hours and its been several days. I know they are ignoring my request to takedown one of my albums on the platform because one of my friends sent in a request and got it figured out within hours. Worst distribution in my opinion. USE ANYTHING ELSE!!
