I love this place. They have a cool app to set your appointment up. If you are like me and you need a haircut this is the place. I recommend men, children as well. Haircuts really well priced. You have my business as long as you stay opened. Liz had cut my hair. OMG it looked like it had been cut in an expensive boutique. Wow this place rocks.

Terrible service! The lady cut my hair uneven with one side shorter than the other. She was falling asleep during the cut and may gave been high. I totally regret coming here.

I had a week to debate whether to leave a review or not. I used to go here years ago then the two people that were good at cutting hair quit. New ones were not that great and kept screwing up my hair. I stopped going. Ive been going to a barbershop since, unfortunately they are closed on my off days.Recently, I met couple friends for dinner and their haircuts looked great. Both stated they went to Supercuts. I decided to give it a shot again instead of taking off work to go to the barbershop. Big mistake!I went to Supercuts during my lunch break. The lady that runs this shop cut my hair. I felt good about it. However, she finished really fast. My sides looked uneven and had patches. The top of my hair looked bad to and I told her. She stated I dont have an even hairline and took some of from the front. I understand my hairline issue but as a hairdresses you should make a haircut symmetrical on sides and at the top. My neck was left unclean, sides very uneven, left side at top shorter than on right, the back at the top uneven. Below are pictures of what a horrible job Supercuts did, the manager of all that runs this location! After work, I went home and fixed my own hair. Looked 90% better*Edit note: Google must have changed something, no longer attaches pictures to review... Also I dont think all my photos posted 🙁.. trying to post pics again

The customer service here was top-notch. As long as the people that helped me are there I have found my new haircut place. They even fixed my lines from my previous haircut. Definitely worth 5-stars.

Wish I had photos but my haircut was so fast and awesome and affordable that there was no time! Lovely lady, Miss Latoria, cut my hair. I am thrilled with my cut, she did a 5 star job!! And Brandy was so incredibly helpful when I first called to get info. She suggested I try Lyft to get me there from my hotel and I was so glad I did. Jessica is a sweet heart too and the energy and mood is so positive and uplifting. Just a super great place. I may live in Pennsylvania but my favorite hairstylist is in Nashville Tennessee!

Ive visited this salon every few weeks since I moved back to Nashville 7 months ago. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The location is very convenient for me, and parking has not been a problem. I intend to return regularly as Ive been doing.

Yes I went to the Donelson location because it was Sunday and it was close to my home. When I arrived, I was the only person there, besides the woman who was the hairdresser. She was a woman of color with orange hair. She had asked how I wanted my hair cut and I told her that I am in the Military and I needed a basic Military cut ... 0 on the sides and faded up on the side and a little off the top. A fairly basic haircut ( beginners level) Well it did not take her long and the way that she was cutting my hair more rounded on top instead of flat had me concerned. I mentioned to her to make sure she gets the hair around my ears and neck line.Well she said she was finished and did not even wipe the hair off my face or shorts.When I got home my wife noticed areas in the back close to my neck line that she did not even cut .... still had lots of long hairs, so my wife had to fix it with my electric razor. I honestly thought a Military style haircut was basic.Needless to say I paid the $15.50 plus a tip out of courtesy.... was way too much for the service and haircut that I got. This is possibly the worst haircut I have ever received. In the future I will be patient and go to the real barber that I’m use to going to. I would not recommend this location at all.

Brandy was awesome!! She was a little quiet at first, but after talking to her it was like we knew each other ! She took the time to sit and talk to me to calm my nerves (I get nervous at salons due to previous experiences). She was sweet and personable and helped me a lot. Great experience I will be going back! 💙😁

I had an appointment at another salon but they had a mix up and I needed my hair done on a Saturday with no appointment. The ladies working were super nice and did a nice job. I would totally come back if I didn’t live out of state.

I was here for the last week for training and let me tell you how amazing it was! The staff there are just absolutely amazing, insightful, and just amazingly kind. And Ayana was just the bomb! Her teaching style is so in depth, but never made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing something! She truly delivered everything she had promised me and then some! In this last week I feel like I gained some true knowledge and was the best post-schooling education I have received. I am looking forward to more classes with her in the future!!!

Very rude I showed up at 7 pm online said closes at 8 pm was told not doing anymore cuts told her online said closes at 8 and Rudely she replied did u not see the sign on the door. I know Supercuts will no longer get my business

Brandy Gordon is THE BEST!!!! All of the other hairdressers are fantastic as well. I would strongly suggest this location of Supercuts on Donelson Pike.

I had been to the Donelson Supercuts location a few other times, lastly around March 2018 to get my hair done for my wedding. The Asian lady who worked there at the time was very nice and did a wonderful job on my hair. I was expecting the same service when I went back there last week. Unfortunately, I learned the Asian lady had moved on to another salon. I was greeted by another lady who must have been 6’2 (I’m 5’10, so when another woman is taller than me, I notice), had red hair, and spoke in a very deep voice. She was the only one working in there at the time. When she got me in her chair, she kept twirling me around from side to side (she was sitting in a stool) to the point I almost got dizzy. She told me I shouldn’t cross my legs while getting a haircut, after she almost jammed my foot on the counter from all the twirling. I’m sorry, but most hairdressers don’t twirl me around that much...I had showed her a picture of a haircut I wanted (it is my go to for hair trims- just a long, layered cut below my shoulders with side swept bangs). You’d think she could handle that. Well she pulled my bangs down over my face (they had grown out down to my nose) and then just brushed them over to the side. When I said they would need to be cut above my eyebrows, she sighed and said ‘well then I have to cut them all the way across.’ I don’t understand what the issue was; every other hairdresser I’ve had understands that you just cut bangs at an angle for side swept bangs. That is why they are still called bangs. Anyway, she only cut them like halfway across. She left a huge chunk that I had to fix myself when I got home. When I got home and told my husband what happened, he too said he had gotten a haircut from her a month or so ago and said he had to fix his hair too when he got home because she had jacked it up. Ultimately, I paid her the $15.50 plus tip out of obligation, but I will NOT be back to this location as long as she is there.

When I went to Supercut I thought there was highly skilled professional barbers but the one that I want to own Donelson was a young man who did not know how to cut hair. When you have a different texture all graded hair you cut it a certain way. I asked his young man for a one and a half all the way around and he cuts my hair against the grain. My Edge or trim whatever you want to call it is totally messed up. I could have got my almost two-year-old daughter to do a better job than he did. I dont have nothing against all the Supercuts but this particular one, they need to train a Barbers more better.

Melinda was so nice about giving me just a shampoo when I couldnt shampoo my own hair for medical reasons. Ill go back when I need to again!!

Worst place ever. There is just one person to serve, while there is always a huge wait. Supercuts need to utilize proper workforce. And not the best talent working here either. Truly disappointed.

Staff was rude and didnt do what I asked them to do to my hair. Ive never had such an awful experience at a salon and i will never return. Hair was cut very uneven and color was not at all what i asked for. The person who did my hair didnt seem to have very much knowledge when it came to lightening. They killed my hair and I had to cut more hair off than I should have.

Yes the online check in was easy and we didnt wait when we got to the store but the lady didnt really smile until the end. And my sons hair has to be fixed somewhere else. What a waste of $13. The one on Murfreesboro isnt any better. They messed up my husbands hair last month and it was the same issue...uneven. Do they only get stylists who do uneven cuts? Wont be returning to any of their stores.

Not going back. She cut my husbands hair, he wanted a 2 to a 5 fade. I could see the waves in the fade on the back of his head from where i was sitting. I just knew she would fix it before saying hes done.nope, so i had to speak up.She then tried to say Thats just the shape of his head Um mo thats my husband i knowbehat his head looks like and thats rude. Only one person there before 12 so she was rushing him. He said nobody has ever rushed a fade like that and she didnt do a good job at the fade either. He has lots of long hairs we have to go home and fix. This is why we usually go to a Barber shop, where they know what they are doing and take their time regardless.We will not be be back!
