They speak Spanish here. Always friendly, always do a great job! Plenty of parking. They do incredible fads. Even though I dont speak Spanish, I cant see myself going anywhere else.

The first barber to use a hot towel on my face before shaving. Opened my pours up. My barbers name was Andy (La Andy 🤣 💈) and this man got me looking and feeling great. Definitely would go back.

Been going here for like 2+ years and I always get charged $20. The ticket says $20 every time, then recently I started getting charged 25$ and I was like what the heck the ticket says $20, so I let it go but it keeps happening.

This is one of the only spots I’ll go for a haircut in Nashville.. I used to go to the Moose on music row but then I found Danny at Lolo’s.. I’m from NY and I’m used to great barbers but Danny gives one of the best fades I’ve ever gotten.. There’s a bunch of other barbers working here so the wait is never too long.. Prices are cheap for the quality and skill level of the barbers.. You can’t go wrong with Lolo’s..

Hands down the best barber shop in Nashville. My son started getting his hair cut by Danny when he was 11 yrs old. We ended up moving back home to Michigan. Then moved back to Nashville. When we returned. We stopped by hoping Danny was still there. He was. And he now cuts my sons hair again. I didnt think he could get any better. But he did. The service is great. We love this shop!!!!!!!

Been getting my haircut at LOLOS every Friday/Saturday for years. The old man at the front desk is rude sometimes, but overall the barbers are pretty good. I do have to say that if youre looking for consistency and a great cut I strongly recommend Luis or Chris. They always handle their business in a professional manner, and Ive honestly never had a problem with either one. Hands down 2 of the best barbers in town.

They have like 3 really good barbers. Everyone else is ok. Definitely dont go if there is a soccer game on. They will spend more time watching the game than paying attention to what theyre doing. Also, none of them have a problem calling or texting while cutting so if youre like me, be ready to fight the urge to tell them to focus on what theyre doing.Update: Also, for some reason, every time I get my haircut, the price changes. Anywhere between $14 and $18.Second update: Today they charged $21. I think its time to just go elsewhere.

Theyve got a couple of good barbers but the others are subpar, at best. The old man up front is EXTREMELY rude. So much so, that Id never recommend that anyone go there. My son would inexplicably break out with rashes after getting haircuts there as well. Clearly not a premium placed on customer service or cleanliness.

Lolos has good barbers, but the reason im complaining is because of the random prices. They should have a set price instead of price gouging their loyal customers.... Ive been going for the last 6 months and every time I get a cut. I get a random price that they come up with. Recently, I was charged $32 for a cut and a beard trim. Two weeks prior, I was charged $20 bucks. I wont be back.

Professional atmosphere suitable for all ages. Very service oriented. My cuts are not only precise but quick which is important given how time conscious I am.

Jose rushes haircuts and hasn’t cut my hair right in ages, go to Dany and Mateo if you want to have a fresh haircut. For Jose to call himself a barber is an embarrassment to the barber community, seems he thinks about the money too much nowadays.

My favorite barber in Nashville is here but the front desk guy is extremely disrespectful. Stay clear. He really doesnt care to have your business because they stay so busy anyways, he couldnt care less. Also, 20-30min haircut will normally take you 1.5-2hrs because of ridiculous wait times.I will not be returning after my experience yesterday. To show you how horrible their customer service is heres my experience:It took 3 hours just to get seated because the front desk guy decided to skip over my name and let someone else go first and then just kept going. After the 4th person to come in after me was seated first, I got up and confronted the guy. HAD HE apologized for making a mistake, I couldve let it go. But he really doesnt care about his customers, he just brushed it off and said go sit. No apologies or anything. In fact, his attitude got worse afterwards as if it was my fault he skipped over my name. I would have walked out right then but after having waited so long already, youre kind of stuck. I would recommend avoiding this shop all together.Like I said.. my favorite barber is here but if Im willing to step away from that because of the front desk guys attitude and how he treats his customers, that should tell you how bad he really is.

Great place to get chopped up!!! Every barber in LoLos can cut!!! Definitely a busy place because they are good... You cant rush perfection so be patient.

Im pretty sure these guys arent licensed barbers. They cut hair like amateurs and they completely disregard any directions, even if you show them a picture. Ive tried two barbers there and the second one was even worse than the first one. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I agree with everyone about the old guy in the front. He is extremely rude unprofessional and robs you of you dont pa attention they charge 12 to 14 for a kids cut and decided to charge my card 16.00 one day for a regular fade. He charges whatever he wants and this is illegal. Never again will I go and Ill make sure to let alot of innocent people know not to trust this business.

I’ve been carrying my children to lolo’s For over one year now and the haircut price is $10...today the guy at the front desk charged me $15? I just overheard him tell a lady that the children’s haircut is $10? Maybe I was a little too light-skinned to get the normal price? When my Filipina wife takes him the cost is always $10.I was going to tip the guy but the guy working the front desk already stole the tip it seems. I think lolo’s May have too many customers so they try to get rid of a few. Overcharging the customers that you want will do the job! The haircut was ok though!

I went there for a simple hair cut, the guy couldn’t even do a blowout, much less even a line up. First and last time I spend my money in that place. Save your money and go somewhere to get your moneys worth.

Worst customer service from the front desk guy. First time visiting and was not told to wait inside. So, went to Lowes for 20 minutes came back in and was told that my husband and I needed to wait another 40 minutes because you are not allowed to leave the shop. They have so meant customers they dont care to provide good customer service. Needless to say, we left to another barbershop.

If youre a guy with short hair avoid the female barbers the guy barbers are truly amazing at fades, trims, and especially jose with the edge ups

Bad customer service. Waited for 40 minutes went to grab something in my car nd when I came back the man at the front desk said that since I left the shop he erased my name and had to be put at the bottom of the list (another hour). When I said that I didnt know I couldnt go to the car, he said that it didnt matter they already had plenty of customers.

I wanted a mid fade but the lady gave me a uneven fade and crooked hairline and I paid 20$ just for a uneven fade.

They are not stay focused, they keep talking to each other and do whatever they like to do . at the end they wont even clean your face from the hair, the let you go like that . 4 of them cut my hair and all are like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM .

They at front was very disrespectful; I was told to wait 40 minutes. I was reading the newspaper that they had in the mean time it was my turn. The man in charge asked me to have a sit roughly, so I decided to leave. They may think the they will be booked all the time since most of customer are latin people........I WILL NOT STOP BY THAT BARBER SHOP EVER.

They never close at the time it says they close at 8 pm but they close 6:30 pmThey do not have time to meet, I recommend that you call before because I have come 2 times at 7 pm and at 7:30 and it is closed for reasons of my work, it hurts that I will have to look for another place.

The guys who work here are very professional, Andy is a very good barber, but the owner of this place is disrespectful, he treats me as if I were a Dog and above that I am a regular customer he did not consider me and lost me As a client, I hope that this man learns how to treat people and it doesnt happen to anyone else.
