Dealing with Warranty is difficult and sux to say the least. I had 2 tires shred on me on a Nashville Interstate just recently. Because my vehicle is a lease I did get a warranty for my tires and rims. Well Iv worked in the automotive business for many years behind a desk and it’s got its moments so getting to this store I had removed both my wheels that were junk. According to my warranty company this Discount Tire location was an authorized dealer. I was helped by a guy named Matt. Dropped off on a Saturday and because of time would call early Monday morning to get it all in the works well 5 days later. In the end he was no help hell I even called the warranty company myself to see if they had even started a claim and he didn’t. No help. No new tires and Matt even lost all my paperwork. Took tires to Firestone in Cool Springs and they had it all wrapped up in 2 hrs and just a signature. I didn’t have to wait on hold for 20 minutes at a time call discount tire and made 4 calls. I wouldn’t waste my time even if they do have good prices. Terrible service, very unprofessional and unorganized to say the least. Go see Jonathan at Firestone in Cool Springs if you need tires. Great guy!!

This is the second review I made about this place. I love their service! They really worked with me and my schedule and even made sure my car wasn’t going to have the same issues they had when I came in with. They are so helpful!

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and although they were extremely busy they had me in and out within the allotted time. I was a little worried because I was there quite a while without my car going back into the bay. But they didnt seem irritated at all when I asked them where I was in line and how soon Id be done. You could tell just by the way they answered the phones and greeted people that they understood customer service and were trying really hard to get people in and out and on their way. Ive been to the store a couple of times and they are always friendly, moving as quickly as they can, and seem to have fair prices. I will definitely continue to go back.

I bought new tires here and, a few days later, one of them took a blade to the sidewall and was completely flat. I had it towed to Discount Tire and they replaced it, no questions asked. I appreciate the great service!

Impossible to get your tires rotated or balanced. Too busy here. They have no concept of other peoples time. If you have an appointment they will still take two hours to do simple jobs. Not worth the small discount, go somewhere else.

I ordered my tires and booked my appointment all online. On the day of my appointment Lloyd met me out in the parking lot and let me know they were very busy but he would get me all checked in. He got me checked in in under 5 minutes and they were putting on my tires within 15 minutes. I was out of there about 30 minutes after my appointment time. While I was waiting I noticed all the employees were exceptionality polite and greeted every costumer like a friend. I will definitely be returning. Very efficient and friendly.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they were so quick and easy to work with. Checked in, within minutes someone was at my car door asking what the issue was, followed them inside to type up some information, they gave me an ETA of 9:35 and they were calling me by 9:25 to let me know my car was all set. As someone who works in retail I was very impressed and thought it was necessary to give credit where credit is due! Thanks guys for all being so great!

I had to wait in line for quite a while because they were so busy. That said, the staff up front was very courteous and efficient. I didnt catch the name of the associate that I worked with but he continually thanked everyone for their patience. I went in because my back tire was leaking and low. He scheduled an appointment for me to come back and offered to put air in my tire (even though there was a LONG line and he didnt have to) so that i wouldnt be driving around on a flat tire. update: I went back for my appointment and they were still busy and still friendly and courteous. Fixed my tire in under an hour.

Great staff!!!! Ive been a Discount Tire customer forever, but with their customer service why would I go anywhere else? On a crazy busy holiday weekend, the staff maintained a great attitude, hustled to get cars in and out and were honestly impressive. I was amazed the amount of people that came and went. They quoted me an hour and they were on it! Good work! Your service is noticed.

Dennis was a true delight and their warranty program is unbeatable. There was no pressure at all to buy things I didnt need and they repaired two of my tires on the same day. I love it here.

I took my car to the Firestone up the road at 7:30 in the morning, and they told me they could get to it today. At 4 o clock they hadn’t even looked at it. I took it to Discount tire instead. Not only did they take a look at my tires immediately, but they noticed many issues with my tires that Firestone hadn’t noticed the last time I had maintenance done. They got me out of there in only 2 hours, and they were jam packed. Highly highly highly recommend this place. So unbelievably helpful!!

BJ spent days doing research for my wheel and checking for availability for it until I was satisfied with the choice and price. Besides, he pointed out which portion in the estimate is optional. They do not charge for labor. Last, he fixed two small issues of my car for free, that would been valued $200 at the local BMW dealer.

Great experience with this Discount Tire location. While I did not buy anything, I just got a flat fixed. The staff was very friendly, quick and efficient to get us on our way back to Arkansas. Will buy tires from Discount Tire in the future. Very impressed with this company.

This place is great. Unlike many car companies this place does not work off of commission. I first came in after getting an appointment made to get one new tire. They were out of stock of the tire originally agreed on so I was upgraded to the next tire for the same price. After putting on my new tire and tire shining the rest to check for any issues they found a break in another tire. Thankfully they found it and I got another tire for almost the same price as the first! They always care about your safety and work hard to get you back on the road and keep their customers happy. Discount tire was one of the best customer experiences that I have ever had when dealing with auto repair. I had a nail in my tire and arrived as soon as the store opened. The line was out the door, but the multiple workers were efficient and friendly in working with everyone. They extended continuous thank yous to the people waiting and I could tell many customers were returning, as they knew some of the workers by name. When it was my turn, the technician walked out with me to my car to inspect the situation, gave me an expected wait time (which was spot on) and, the best part, was that it was entirely FREE to repair the tire - no upsells or maintenance costs or anything. I was a new customer but will certainly be coming back for any tire needs at all. Amazing!!

Best Discount Tire Ive ever been to. The store opens at 8 AM and we got there at 7:40 AM. As soon as we pulled up into the parking lot (among a handful of other cars), a service attendant had already come up to our window to reserve our spot in line, take details of what service we needed, and inspect the car. A few minutes after 8 (official opening time), the attendants took our car in and they were done in ~1 hour.

Fast, reliable, friendly. If Publix was a tire shop. These guys hustled getting as many cars in and out as possible. Managed time and resources so well. The store was packed and still had most people finished in an hour. My new favorite place for car maintenance.

Ordered tires and the shipment was split up four some reason. With that happening there was a breakdown in communication from a associate contacting me letting me know when all four tires had arrived.I was in the area and stopped by the store and spoke with a manager who promptly apologized for their mistake and even discounted the tires even more. I really appreciated that they owned the mistake and corrected it. Id definitely buy another set of tires from them in the future.

This place is hit or miss depending on who is helping you. I am not sure if they have a bonus system in place but some of the sales people are just that SALESMEN. They try to charge as much as possible and even tried scare tactics on my daughter saying it was not safe to leave the parking lot on the tires she has on her car. I just baught two tires for my SUV for $600+ and they automatically added tire protection without asking me. I am going to get my other two tires from Firestone down the street.

I had an appointment setup for 1:00 for a tire rotation and balance. I checked in around 12:50 and was out by 1:20. They were busy but had me in and out faster than any other tire place I’ve been to. They were very efficient and friendly. They aired the tires up to the psi I requested and rotated the tires in the pattern I requested. The guys were running to get cars in and out of the bays. I’ll continue to give this place my business in the future.

Would have rated 5 stars since the service was amazing like always but while I was waiting, many people came in without masks and nothing was said. I decided to wait outside to avoid conflict but it was 35 degrees outside. The service and prices are great, I really recommend this place. Went to another auto shop because my low tire light was on, they didnt work on BMWs so they sent me down to Discount Tire instead. A rep came right out, we discussed it, it checked the pressure, then put some air in my tires and reset the display on my dash. Both guys that helped were very nice and efficinet. I had such a great experience at discount tire here in Nashville! I was traveling from St.Louis Missouri to Alabama when I got a flat tire on the highway in the middle of downtown Nashville! I was able to pay, get two new back tires, and back on the road within about an hour! At a great price too!!

I like that they fixed your tire for free with the insurance but I didn’t like how the guy who assist me try to get me change my tires to all new four one’s. I really love this shop! Typically I take my car to Firestone for maintenance/repairs, but when its tire-related, I prefer Discount Tire - the customer service experience and quality of service is really outstanding. With everything going on with the pandemic, I was really stressing out about taking my car in, especially with it not being an emergency but still a slow leak that needed fixing. Would people be wearing masks? How long would I have to wait? When I arrived, everyone was wearing masks and I was promptly greeted at their curbside assistance. They seem to be fully staffed and got me in right away. When they looked at the tire, they were able to replace an old plug with a better one and did so at no charge!! A few people checked in with me during the process to let me know how it was going which I appreciated. I will say that their sales people are initially a little pushy about selling me new tires (Ive experienced before), but they are always very thorough and friendly about their recommendations. Given that most of my tires are almost 10 years old, I know they are right that they will need to be replaced soon. Whenever that is, I will definitely be back. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

I went in to get one tire fixed and was told that I needed to get three tires replaced. I wasnt financially prepared at the time to spend the money on 3 tires, so I asked them to only replace the one that was flat. They agreed, but when they called me to tell me that my car was ready, they told me that they went on and replaced 2 of the tires for the price of one. It was a wonderful surprise and am so thankful to Jared and the team at Discount Tire!

This place was popping!! Tons of tires, cars, workers. We were 15th in line & 2 hrs later got great service. Glad it was good weather while we waited. They had their usual indoor room & awning with spaced apart seats outside also.I would recommend them to all, but maybe bring a snack & no young kids.

Was on the way through Nashville on a road trip and hit a pothole that immediately popped my tire. I pulled in here an hour after they closed but noticed they still had people working. This is a weird thing to write a good review for, but to me this shows great customer service.I had somehow booked an appointment for this store when I meant to book the store in Madison. When I called up to cancel, the guy at this store went out of his way to call the Madison store and make sure they had the tires I needed and the same appointment time. He could have just cancelled it and left the rest to me.Thats pretty good customer service in my book.

Of all of the tire places available along Charlotte Pike, and frankly in Nashville, TN, this has to be by far the best one yet. I had scheduled an appointment for 5 but my previous errands got finished quicker than I expected so I stopped by and asked Seth if I could get in sooner since I had nothing else to do at the time. He happily obliged and was able to get me in line in a very timely manner. I honestly was expecting them to be busy and not be able to come back until 5 but I was happily surprised to get in a full 2 hours earlier than expected. And I must say, whoever is the boss of Mr. Seth, I must say that he is a very knowledgeable employee and has a very positive attitude irregardless of the situation. The world needs more people like Seth. If any of you out there need new tires and you happen to choose this location, youll be met with the highest quality staff available in the area.
