This company went above and beyond the call of duty. They understood the urgency of our call, and despite being overbooked, still made time to stop by. The tech who arrived on site was very friendly and professional and his confidence and competence put me at ease. He had the tools and materials needed to do the job without any prior indication or diagnostics of the problem(s). He was quick to assess and act, came prepared and as a result, the job was completed, the unit fully operational within an hour of his arrival. He offered his opinions on some lesser issues that can be handled without formal HVAC training, empowering and educating the property management team on site to avoid costly repairs.

My sister suggested I call when I moved back to Nashville- have has 5 visits --3 maintenance / 2 service calls --old HVAC unit. They always come fast --within the day or next morning, guys are professional and explain exactly what they are doing. Work fast and seem as happy as I am when its not a major repair-- so far!! My second floor has a room in the front of the house with one window and that window is covered so its never open. Due to the lack of air flow that room was always 8-10 degrees warmer than stepping 10 feet out of it.I did research and discovered I could put a dedicated AC unit in that room but Id have to cut a hole in the house so that was not an option.I then read about having my house go through an air-balance check.This is a required service for commercial buildings but not residential.I was a skeptic of it actually working until I used ACS to perform it on my second floor.And it works! Now I wish I had them perform the service on my first floor (maybe someday).I also had them provide routine maintenance on my HVAC units and discovered the blade was rotating in the wrong direction when turning on to cool! The prior service I used on my units never made that assessment so for now - they are my go-to for HVAC.I also suggested them to my next-door neighbor who was having HVAC issues and they ended up using them too!

It’s a breath and room full of fresh air when you work with Air Conditioning Services, Inc.After purchasing my condo in the fall of 2015, my AC went out in the summer of 2016. After working with Air Conditioning Service, Inc. on the repair and seeing their transparency, professionalism & thoroughness with an uninformed home owner, I signed up for their seasonal maintenance program and have used them ever since. They even found an issue with the pan the maintenance after the 2016 repair and unsure if it was caused by them or damaged before, they took ownership and fixed it as if it was. I was shocked, but they stand behind their service and are honest with home owners. Their pricing is fair for the level of service you receive. Their technicians have all been well trained and dedicated to the company they work for.

I have used the Green Trucks for many years now, and they rarely disappoint. From the office staff to Josh (the best field tech I have ever met), the folks at AC Service have provided excellent service and been fair in their invoicing. The thing that sets them apart is how they handle problems, mistakes, and human error. They own these things and work hard to remedy them quickly, which is a breath of fresh air.

Josh was so helpful in trying to find a reason for the high humidity level in the house. The units checked out that they are working correctly, but he took the time to explain possible reasons and suggestions to fix the problem. Very pleased!

I called these guys in early May 2020 to cap a gas pipe in my girls’ room. Two guys came over to give me an estimate and were very honest about the work involved and upfront about the price. Because the job wasn’t too difficult, I ended up doing the work myself.This morning, May 8th, 2020, a technician named Jack came over to help get the heat and A/C working efficiently (we moved in two weeks ago and haven’t needed to use the heat or A/C because of the mostly beautiful spring weather). It turns out that the burners weren’t igniting on the furnace and a cable was loose connecting the thermostat to the A/C unit, so neither was working. Jack fixes those things, checked the amperage on certain components and cleaned the coils. He was kind and helpful.I highly suggest these guys.

THE TECH WAS PROFESSIONAL,QUICK, AND COURTEOUS.

I contacted ACS, Inc, at 7:05 am and was scheduled for an evaluation of my AC unit mid-morning. It had curtailed cooling the previous evening. About 15 min later, the company contacted me and said that, due to a cancellation, a technician could come first thing. He arrived about 1/2 hr later. Fortunately, a small electrical component had burned out. As he replaced it quickly and efficiently, the technician explained the function of the component and the probable cause of its demise. By 9am, our system was up and running. Amazing. This was the epitome of customer service!!

Technician came to my home to conduct Spring Maintenance well prepared, wearing a face mask and carefully opening doors with covered hands. Did a thorough check of unit and said that, even though it is an older unit, it is still working like a champ! He could of easily “sold” me on a new unit, but he was honest that unit was in good condition and to hold off on replacement.

I had a carrier put in in June and have been having to call them out ever since. Theres no way a brand new air conditioner should not cool to the temperature you set and you just bought it brand new. I think I will have to call codes to have it inspected or something because every time they come out its something different.

Weve had to call 3 times now for different service requests. Weve never before had a similar company that we fully trusted, but these guys are awesome. Their techs are extremely polite and knowledgeable. Weve had same day service everytime and usually within a couple hours (even for an emergency on a weekend). Prices were very reasonable for what we were quoted. 5 star service for sure.

AC Services, Inc. has serviced my HVAC for 5+ years now. They come in the spring and fall for regular/preventive maintenance. I initially began using them due to a few companies (selected by my previous home warranty company) not being able to find a freon leak in my HVAC unit. AC Services, Inc. located the leak, replaced the coil, and I have had heat/air without issue since. Hands down the best HVAC company I have used.

If the techs work like they drive then you dont want them working on your unit! Driver was tailgating and weaving around rush hour morning almost stand still traffic. Then he decided to drive on the shoulder of the interstate to pass the stopped traffic. Again if that is how he works then your work will be rushed through and done sloppily and carelessly.

Let me first say that I have been a loyal customer of Air Conditioning Service for almost 25 years.Last winter my heating unit went out and I called them. They came out 3 times with a different diagnosis each time but never resolved the problem.During this process, I also had three after hours calls hoping we could resolve the problem on the call. Turn off the unit, turn off fan, check the furnace...was the advice. Still, nothing worked. I didnt pay them for the work they did since nothing ever was fixed. Who expects to pay for work that never can be diagnosed correctly?? I finally called a different company and they fixed the issue in about an hour. I spoke with the supervisor / owner about the whole thing and explained my upset regarding the entire problem. He apologized and stated his company shouldnt work that way.I am having a problem with my air unit and thought I would give them another chance since they had been great in the past. I spoke to their supervisor and he stated I cost them a lot of money last year and he didnt need me as a customer. He told me the best option was to call Hiller or Young. I cant begin to tell you the number of neighbors where Ive recommended Air Condition Services. So, Im calling the other 2 companies he mentioned for my service.
