Great place very Seren and calming definitely going back

This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I didnt give it 5 stars because Ive only had a pedicure and nothing else yet. But I would like to try their other services and get a manicure here too.

Called last minute for two pedicures on a weekday and they were so accommodating! Very sweet ladies and beautiful salon.

Its hard to find a place that is consistent in their quality of work but my friend & I have found it here. My nails break within days at other places but last for weeks here. Theyre also easy to talk to, not an awkward silence for an hour. They are screening everyone who comes in as well & enforcing masks.

Did my wedding nails here and I love it! I was being pampered and given suggestions whenever needed. Definitely will come back soon. The prices are reasonable too.

I went to have my eyebrows waxed, I had my eyes closed while she was waxing. Opened my eyes to see she did not have her mask on! Who knows how long she had not had it on! If I do get COVID I know where I am coming to blame! Be careful if you go here!

I called ahead to be sure I could get in for a Mani/Pedi. They told me to come right down. Took me right in when I got there, very friendly. Hand sanitizer and a temp check before you sign in. Im very impressed with my nails. I will totally go again in the future.

This has been my go-to nail place for years! Everytime I go, its a great and relaxing experience. Theres a lot of services to choose from and all of the techs are wonderful. Pro tip: pay with cash so you can earn points towards a $15 gift card from their rewards program!

Visiting from out of town. Stopped here for a pedicure. Ladies were very busy but made sure to make me feel like I wasnt being rushed. Prices are great too. They gave my daughter a polish change & treated her so nice. Wish this place was closer to home!

Went there a few years ago and really liked them until they messed my nails up and I called and emailed the owner and got no response. I tried to give them another chance a little over a week ago and 3 days after getting a gel manicure every single one of my nails peeled off. I dont work anywhere that is hard on my nails and other places the gel last 2-3 weeks easily. I will not be going back.

I went here for the first time with an appointment to get a dip manicure. Having not had a manicure here before, I was surprised that there was no hand soak, lotion, cuticle remover, etc., like most other places I have gone. I thought maybe thats extra and I was just getting a bare bones nail service or something. But no, I checked their website afterward and all manicures come with all that basic care. So I didnt get everything I paid for. Also the part that really bothered me was that the nail tech pushed my cuticles back with HER FINGERNAIL. Thats so unsanitary. I gave two stars instead of one because the nail tech I worked with was pretty nice, and my nails themselves look beautiful. She did take her time to shape them well and paid close attention to detail on that part. Dont think Ill be going back, though.

In the interest of time, I had to go to an ATM that was not my bank and pay an extra fee just to get a tip.Aside from that, the service was great. One of the best pedis I have received in awhile. Worth the price. The technician was very nice and professional. I will definitely be going back!

I really can’t say enough about Stone House. I have only been for pedicures, and I have to say, I have always been thrilled with the final outcome!The service is quick, thorough, and done to the utmost degree of skill I have ever encountered. They are my go to and I will forever more be skipping the mall nail places

Great great great! They are very reasonably priced and I love their new location. Went in for a pedicure and they always do a great job! The owner was always around making sure you were being taken care of. I went to their old location often and will continue going to see them.

My absolute favorite nail salon. All the girls and guys are very experienced in what they do. Also they have tons of services besides just nails. The prices are good too.

I had acrylics with a design done and it came out beautifully. The staff were friendly and very efficient and they fit me in very last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Its been two weeks and they are still perfect, even through washing dishes, yardwork, and constant typing. Highly recommend Stone House Salon!

Worst nail place ever! The lady who did my nails was Kelly. She made my nails so thick it looked like I had toe nails on my fingers! I told her they were thick and just rolled her eyes. Then I told her I didn’t like the way she was shaping my nails and she got upset with me and gave me attitude. My nail broke within five minutes of leaving. if you want your nails done on Main Street in Nashua I highly recommend comfort nails they fixed my nails perfectly they are right down the road from Stone House

APRIL 27, 2019It was ok until the polish. She put SOOO much polish on my big toe. The top dried even 3 hours later it was not dry All the way through! 3 WHOLE HOURS LATER!!!I have gone there before and never had a bad experience but now $35 later and I have to get my nails redone. She also cut my foot near my nail 2 times. I have 2 cuts now. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Horrible service, Kelly was rude and nasty, I left the salon in tears, she did not even talk to me or make eye contact. Rushed through my fill and my nails look horrible, I paid with my last 40 dollars. I need to wait until next month to get them fixed.When I gave a negative review on yelp she found my number and texted me nasty texts messages. So unprofessional accused me of not tipping.

Stone house salon is a great place to relax and get a manicure pedicure. Kelly and Tiffany are top notch.

They were really rude. I asked them for short nails and they did them really long. I can’t function. Also me and my mom went and they messed up the whole thing. We went back in they rolled their eyes at me when I asked if I could get them shortened. Overall don’t recommend.

Easy to get appointments. I dont go frequently, but regularly and its nice to walk in and feel like Im catching up with friends as they remember my name and ask about my children, etc.

I went to Stonehouse for the first time yesterday for a mani/pedi. The first impression I had, was just how clean it is. The ladies were all so polite, and nice. The pedicure room is beautifully decorated, and comfy. I tried dip for the first time on my manicure, I have been using shellac for a few months. It looks great, and sparkly for the holidays! Linda did a great job! I think I have found my new favorite nail salon!

Will never go here again! Salon owner and employees are extremely rude, went in with power dip asked to have nails wrapped, they told me they do not wrap instead used drill and hot acetone- my nails are now paper thin and completely ruined. Called to speak to mgr and was told what do you want me to do, oh well nails are thin that’s how we remove powder. If you want paper thin nails that break within minutes of leaving this is your place!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I am posting this in hopes they see it and never treat another customer so badly. When I first sat down the tech that I had already made me feel so rushed. She was bouncing back between me and another customer and, to me, that is really rude. I told her that I did not like the way the previous salon shaped them and she flat out said that she could only shape them a certain way and what I wanted was not doable, when in fact I could have easily gone home and filed them the way I wanted for free but here I am paying to have it done and she says no. She then proceeds to file them so rushed and quickly that she cut me and did not even stop to notice. I asked her to fix one that was extremely crooked and she sighed as if I were asking her to move a mountain. I told her to put a clear coat on them, I paid, and left. I wanted to get out of there so bad I didnt even let her color them. The customer next to me said that I should not tip her given my treatment, thats how you know its bad, when someone else tells you not to tip. I will never give them my time again and I wish that I had the name of my tech but I dont

I got a pedicure and manicure done here and they did a very good job, Im happy with the quality and speed. Everyone was really friendly. I was a bit bummed that the price was higher than I expected-- they quoted me as a bundle for the mani/pedi but when I upgraded to shellac instead of paying the difference I had to pay for each separately and didnt get any bundle discount. Booking an appointment also felt really rushed- I had some questions but felt she was busy and didnt have time to answer them. Overall, Id recommend this place as they did quality work at an overall reasonable price.

Their dip manicure that they said would last a month, chipping after 4 days, they charged me half price to fix it and 4 hours later another chipped nail. AVOID this place.

This place was not that good, The lady whoTook care of me was on a russ to go home and did not do what I asked for after explaining it several times, even if they have horrible costumer service my messed up nails lasted enough.

Rude and rushed. Ive gone twice now and they didnt like the shape I wanted at the size I wanted. Practically battled me the whole time, twice now. I got a gel full set the first time for 55$, not bad. Went in for a fill 3 weeks later and got charged 55$ again. I havent gotten my nails done in a while but Im pretty sure a fill is supposed to be cheaper then a full set. Half the colors I wanted for accent nail they didnt have. When I asked for nail art I told them I wanted a simple white daisy, I ended up weird looking 80s style flower. They also bearly talked to me each time I went. I had to basiclly interupt conversations between nail techs just to ask for the color, shape and design I wanted. Im giving them 2 stars because what they did do came out very nice but still much to improve.

I used to love going here-great pedicure and price, until I got a staph infection and was hospitaized for a week and the bacteria spread to my bloodstream. I had to get IV antibiotics for 6 weeks, all because they do not sanitize their tools properly. I did not think twice about it in the past, but I am writing this to make people more aware of the health risk involved. I was lucky up until recently, but I would hate for anyone to go through what I did. I could have died-all from unsanitary practices. The place you go to should wear gloves, use an autoclave to sanitize the tools and open in up the package of tools in front of you and do a 10 minute santitizing of the foot tub in between clients. Yes, I am going to be paying twice as much now at a place that does this, but it will be worth every penny. Aside from that, the staff here is quite nice. If they followed all these practices, I would probably go back, but I doubt thats going to happen because NH does not require the use of autoclaves. Health before beauty!

I have been coming here periodically since i was a teenager. Im 26 now. They dont treat you like a customer if you arent a bi weekly customer. They rush through services and get lazy. I had a shellac for my wedding and it lasted a week before peeling on my honeymoon. I went back to have it done again and it lasted 4 days. I dont do anything crazy with my hands so its not me...I also had the woman try to put my hand in the uv lamp further and she made me hit my pinkeu and then blamed it on me. The ONLY thing i like here anymore are their pedicures. Thats it.

Wow. The worst place I have ever been. My friend walked out with bare nails they were arguing with her when she said they looked bad. I asked for coffin shape and cat eye, mine are square and no cat eye. Would never recommend to anyone.
