Amazing experience there. Someone I know personally recommended them to me so I went there to check it out. Very nice and organized. The guy who helped me, named Moe, was amazing. I told him what I do for work and what I needed. I know very little about technology and he walked me through everything and checked to see what my then phone had for GB. He asked me what price range was I at and I told him. Once I decided what one I liked, he told me the return/exchange policy and helped get the case and screen protector. I would recommend these guys to anyone...When a business treats you that good, you want them to succeed.

This place is absolutely awful. I bought a PS4 controller from here. A 55$ Sony PlayStation controller. After 4 days I was having issues with it, some of the buttons weren’t working correctly. I then brought it back and exchanged it for another one, the 2nd controller about 3 weeks later started having serious button issues and when I finally brought it to them a couple days later they said there’s nothing they can do. All I wanted was to return the bad one and pay an extra 10$ for a brand new one so I didn’t have any issues. They said no. I then said, can you at least fix mine because I shouldn’t have any issues like this with a controller bought from your store. They said no. You should not buy anything from this store. What they did to me was just bad business and I would recommend you spend the money and buy whatever you want brand new from a different store. Once again DO NOT shop at this store.

I’m really excited about my purchase at good deeds. I purchased a 2018 15inch Mac book bro. I have been wanting one of these for at least over a year now and I haven’t pulled the trigger on it yet because they are $2500 brand new. I was able to purchase the Mac book bro which is in mint condition for $1650. It all happen by curiously walking in the store and being Greece’s by Moses. Happy with them.

Staff was pretty nice, but when i got there to sell my laptop they wanted to give me $37 for it. They tried to convince me the laptop I had was not the same as others on ebay that where going for hundreds more (which they where the same, I build computers so I know a good deal about it). Bad prices, low ball offers.

Very shady business I want to go refund my product there and I had a card they were refunding on and they took out 15% out of the cash that they were going to give me back and then put the rest of the amount on my card just a mess with me which they didnt tell me in the first place they told me that they would totally refund my money unbelievable dont go through these guys besides their overpriced if you look into detail on every single electronic in there youll know and its a $36 fee for returning and they dont even tell you that it doesnt matter if its on a piece of paper you should have told me that when I was there plus they didnt even give me the paperwork for the refund policy crappy customer service I never even complain but this place is just unbelievable save your money and just go to another store have a great day everybody

These guys are idiots, at least as far as instruments go. They said my guitar had a bent neck. I just restored that acoustic, with basically new everything. They looked at it for 3 seconds and dismissed it.Dont go there unless you are desperate to get screwed over. Honestly.

Selection was minimal and it fluctuates, but thats the nature of the business. What they did have was sold at a very reasonable price and customer service was personable and responsive. Good experience and will come back again.

Some are friendly and some are not. There movie prices are too high but some T.V shows have a good price. The video games are overpriced. I acknowledge that when you trade something in you will not get a lot but with trading in here you will get next to nothing. I have bought games, movies, and T.V shows here. I have received broken or nonworking items here, and even the wrong disk for T.V shows. They also close too early. Other than that they are ok

Went in there on a weekday looking for information on PS4s and a new TV for myself. Matt quickly said hello and asked if he could help me with anything or answer any questions. He was informative, polite and very patient. I got the information I needed for the game system; well be buying one with your store soon! I also learned about the smart/roku TVs, which we will also be purchasing soon. Matt was exceptionally helpful and a credit to your store! Thank you!

The only place Ive been able to find reasonably priced phones that my carrier accepts. I run through phones like I run through work boots and good deed is always there with another phone when I send it through a rock crusher or drop it on its face from the bed of a truck.

Good deed they use to be good but not some much anymore. There staff need better customer service training I ask if I could hear how a set of speakers sound like and a the employee told me they dont do that it would be a waste of his time. he then told me that they test everything and verify that it works and if it doesnt you can return it. which Ive had several times were stuff is broken when I get it home from there. There return policy is they have restocking fee which is BS. Also most of the time the stuff breaks after their return policy so then your stuck with broken stuff... Lastly there new layout is stupid if you want to look at anything its behind a counter or in a glass case which is really annoying so you always have to talk to someone to look at stuff. Like I said this place use to be good but not anymore. Dont wast your time. I just go to Trade land now they have a way better selection and a much nicer staff.

Buddy of mine recommended this place for pre-owned electronics and wow... what a hidden gem!Everything in this place comes with a 2 week warranty, regardless of the issue. This place is unlike any pawn shop Ive ever seen. The employees will be quick to point out they dont pawn anything, that everything is bought and sold only.Came in here looking for a used laptop for a couple of my interns and ended up buying 3. $120 bucks for a brand-new HP 15 that retails for 350! I lucked out as they had a 10% sale going on for select items (laptops included)Ill be back thats for sure.

I had a great experience the only thing is when you buy a phone do you have to activate it or do you need to? we also saw a iphone 6 my daughter had wanted my only question is do we have to activate the phone.

BEWARE... Do not buy from them. Especially cellphones. They hack EINs. They sell phones that are black listed by changing the EIN so that the phone will appear clear. Do not be fooled. Make sure you open the back of the phone to confirm they the EIN is the correct. Better yet just dont buy anything from them. This is illegal. They dont even deserve one star.The phone stopped working because of a known problem with the motherboard. LG replaced the motherboard. This reset the phone to the original EIN number. Yes someone else replaced the motherboard.. LG not a scammer. When we bought the phone we had it for 2 weeks and it was shut off be T-Mobile because the phone was blacklisted. You sold a phone that did not have a chance EIN. When we brought the phone back to you stating T-Mobile shut it off you saus you could fix it. You then put in another motherboard from another T-Mobile phone that was not blacklisted. Now the phone is blacklisted again. Should we have brought it back to you to have you put in another bogus motherboard? It doesnt matter when we bought the phone the point is that you sell phones that are not cleared then you change the motherboard so that you can get money for a blacklisted phone. Check out other forums and you will see that there are numerous negative reviews for many other things that you have done to customers to rip them off.

I took my son to Goodeeds for post Christmas games. I found the place to be a magical wonderland of old and almost new games and equipment. The staff was a pleasure to work with. My son chose 4 games and Even I picked a couple of games from my youth. The nostalgia was overwhelming. The place is indeed a treasure.

Bought a phone there before and also got the screen replaced on my iPad before and Went in this time to trade in my iPhone 6 for one with more memory and Arya help me out thru the whole process. I was able to find the phone I want it and was out of there less then a hour.Always a good experience with these guys
