Didnt want to perform repair after staff told me to come in with my sons ipad 6. Told me they didnt want the liability. 1 hr later nh iPhone repair in bedford fixed it like new.

Everyone at the store that I dealt with on the day of the order for the part and today to drop off my phone for the repair was very friendly and helpful. The time estimate was spot on for how long the repair would take (1.5 hours). They even called me this morning to let me know the part was in so I could drop by with my phone so they could repair it. They even found a $10 coupon they could apply to the repair, which was fantastic. Im thrilled that my phones screen is fixed. Hopefully no problems will arise as I never had any to begin with, other than a cracked screen.

Attentive, pleasant, engaging and excellent assessing multiple aspects of the problem. Timely repair with phone ready when promised. One wrinkle arose. The Web site advertised one price but store was unaware when charging higher rate. With verification of the web information they quickly and very graciously accepted reimbursement at the lower price. That was much appreciated.

You guys at Batteries+ are the best! You saved me today by replacing my Samsung phone screen (not the protective glass that goes over the screen, I do that myself. The actual phone screen that is not supposed to be removed--another story). Verizon was unable to do anything for me and suggested I bring it to your store. Im glad I did! Replacing the battery on my old iPhone 6 was quick and easy. It took only 20 minutes and brought new life back to my aging phone.

So far so good its still a little slow but it hasnt gone off yet like fading in an out. It could be it needs more memory. I m not sure it I can add to this I will stop by and see other than that you did a good job.

Replaced the battery in my ipad air and LG phone. Hit a snag with the android system in the phone but they got it resolved but I lost my contacts. Not their fault but rather a problem with the operating system so if you have an LG or Samsung android mobile phone back up the contact list before replacing the battery. Came in to this Location a few weeks back to get a screen replaced on my iphone every thing looked Ok at first but few days latter my phone started acting up and jumping and opening apps on its own. Down to earth, normal folk work there. Busy place and I can see why. They dont try to upsell. Employees are organized and do what they say they will. I dealt with a few of them and all were professional. Said theyd call me and they did. Said phone would be ready in an hour and it was. Had my Samsung Galaxy 7 camera glass replaced. They explained all the pros and cons prior to doing the work. Charge was $70 less a $10 discount (no idea why), so final price was $60. Honestly, I was dismissive every time I drove down the road and saw this sign because I can buy batteries at Walmart. Now that they have helped me and I actually went into the store, I will recommend and go back for anything I think they can help with.
