Had an out-of-warranty robot serviced, and it performs and looks as good as new. Couldnt be happier.Talented technicians, fair pricing, stayed on schedule, packaged with care, and GREAT communication from customer service answering inquires to repair status updates. Will not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommend.

They were very responsive by email, stuck to the timeline they gave us, and even sent us videos so we could do a small DIY fix at home. Waiting to see how long fix lasts before I weigh in on quality and value.

Almost-new Neato swallowed a gallon of water and died, was debating whether to use iFixRobots services or buy a new one. Honestly, I hade some reservations with their outdated website and the horrible reviews of their competitors. But the whole process was very streamlined, the pricing was fair, and the repair work was thorough. At the time of writing this review, my vac has been running flawlessly for about 3 years since I got it repaired. Wouldnt hesitate to use iFixRobot again, glad I used their service rather than forking out extra cash for new robot.

Our deebot Ozmo wasn’t pulling in dust anymore. Sent it in, they diagnosed it and told me what it would take to fix it. I got into a heated argument with a representative on the phone over shipping costs. He was the bigger man and apologized, which I know is very difficult in a heated argument. I very much appreciated his apology and their services. The robot has been shipped back and the company even went out of their way and replaced the worn brush for free! Top service!

They were clear about instructions to ship, then what the diagnosis and solution would be. I accepted their added service of a thorough cleaning. The repair worked perfectly and the robot looks like new after the thorough cleaning. I plan to turn to iFixRobot again when we have a repair need.

I had a doozy but IFixRobot came through!The model of robot I have is no longer supported from the manufacturer. However, with great patience through COVID (FEB 2020) & the 2 times I sent the unit back free of charge, I finally have a unit that works (OCT 2020).It ended up being a much bigger project then we both wanted. I cant thank Mark for answering my calls (there were many), not giving up and taking a loss for this fix! I am thankful for the work and service iFixRobot provided. I would highly recommend them. Be nice and they will be nice back even if it is a journey!

I just have to comment on what a great job they did with my Neato Vaccuum repair. While it took a fair amount of time to get it back, it was well worth it. My Neato NEVER completely returned to the charging station before (this was not the reason I sent it in for repair either) and I always had to help it along. This prevented me from setting an automatic schedule to vacuum. Now it returns as it should so added BONUS to my original repair! Thank you!!!

IFixRobot is amazing. Our NEATO vacuum works better than when it was brand new! I would recommend them to everyone.

Initially had some email communication issues this summer but can tell you that after getting my Neato back and using it for several months that I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again. Worth the money we spent.

Neato D7 sent for diag and repair -Horrible customer service and communication. Wait time is ridiculous.Shipping packed sloppily for return.Robot fixed but not worth the aggravation.Will use Funai going forward.

Great service even after the repair. When we received our Neato it was making a noise (turns out a screw got loose during shipment back to us) and Matt went out of his way to explain to me how to remove the wheel to tighten the screw. Just by watching the video I sent him he knew exactly what it was and offered two option. Send the robot back to them or if I was up to it fix it myself following his instructions. I would highly recommend anyone that has a robot vacuum to use iFixRobot!

Careful attention to detail. They fully test the repair before sending out not just bench test like other repair centers.

This company seems to be overwhelmed with orders. I sent my Roomba in early July 2017 and it took them 7 weeks to email me that a repair estimate was available. When I clicked on the link in the email to see my estimate I got an error from their web page that said Access Denied. I then tried to call their toll free customer support number and was sent to voicemail. Seems to me like a company whose fulfillment cant keep up with their marketing.

I have a neato XVsignature pro, Max, who cleans my house everyday due to my dog, Oakley, sheds a lot. Max stopped cleaning so I sent it to Ifixrobot for repair. He is home again and is cleaning like a new one. Thanks so much, we missed him. Job Well Done.

My Neato Botvac Connected couldnt find its charging station, vacuum the house or even make a map of the limited area she did clean. Ifixrobot diagnosed the problems (yes multiple) for free and gave me an itemized list and cost of each repair. They also told me if it was necessary or recommended. I chose what I wanted them to do. My robot has been working beautifully, just like old times. All of this took a whike but it was worth it, way better then the cost if a new machine.
