Counter service made me feel like an inconvenience, I told them my issue and they kept my laptop for few days, then called me an hour before closing for the weekend. Once I got ahold of them, they told me they did essentially nothing except blow some compressed air on it. Now Im out 75 bucks and my laptop is making worse noises than before.

Good value, Professional and very responsive - and all on Columbus Day! My laptop became locked up after I was working with an IT rep for a software company. After being told “Sorry, but I can’t help you with this,” I reached out to my community FB page and am so thankful to have gotten a response from Dan at ITI saying he was happy to help and to bring it in Monday (Columbus Day). They not only fixed it but updated a few drivers. What a thoughtful thing to do! Hoping I won’t need IT help again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely reach out to ITI!

In the recent past I have called upon Computer Hut at lest five times to perform both hardware and software repair. In each case I found the staff to be most professional and readily available for consultation. Call, ask a question about an ongoing repair and you get a call back within a couple of hours if not sooner. Finally, their cost to solve a problem appears very fair. I would highly recommend this company.
