I LOVE cartridge world. They are very knowledgeable about printers and cartridges. They sell great product. They are kind and helpful. Couldnt ask for better!

Seldom does Cartridge World not have the cartridge you want, if they dont then theyll ask if you can come back while they do one up for you. Also a great place to bring back your empty cartridges even beyond the one youre returning while you pick up a refill.Ive rarely had an issue with a CW cartridge and when I did a phone call either cleared it up or replaced it without issue.I wish every vendor was as easy to deal with as Cartridge World.

I go to the Salem NH store. The guys are friends & very helpful. They directed me to a cartridge that would save me $$ & last longer. Love the punch-card program and when I get that freebie, its like Christmas! :) Would highly recommend Cartridge World!

I really cant say enough about Cartridge World. With so many discount ink and toner shops Cartridge World stands out head and shoulders over the rest. I own a small business and every dollar saved effects my bottom line. Cartridge World not only offers good pricing, but they deliver, offer amazing customer service and even advice. I was having issues with my printer and they came out and looked at it for me, and helped me through the problem...no charge!!! My next printer will be purchases through them because if they give this much service for ink, I can only imagine how helpful they are with equipment!

Brian thoroughly explained the benefits of the package that would suit my needs.In my case, a Free printer to use for the agreed term was definitely the way to go.All I Have to do is buy the ink from Cartridge World. ( at a very fair price).My costs have decreased and thats just what I was looking for.Dealing with a pro is always a benefit

Im happy to give Cartridge World a five star rating because their service to me has been extremely helpful and benificial to us as we grow our business.We have had the benefit of having their office on Amherst street as we first started out but as our needs changed they stepped up with us and even advised us when it was time to change printers. They knew that our proposals were getting more professional and so we needed a copier that provided the quality we needed. They were spot-on with their choice. Even after they moved the Nashua operation to South Nashua, we still use their services and will continue to do so for the life of our business.

These folks are genuinely good people. Im treated with care and respect every time I visit, and if Im having any problem with my printer, they are interested in taking a look to be sure Im able to use my printer with ease, that I have the right paper and ink for it, and they answer any questions I have promptly. I have a great experience every time I go to visit their store or call.

Switched from genuine Xerox toner for my Xerox 6180 to Cartridge World obviously referbed toner cartridges. All went wel until about 50% into the referbed toner cartridges life when the magenta cartridge started to leak toner all over the inside of my printer ruining it!Remember, buy cheap buy twice!!! This cost me a printer!!
