If I could give zero stars I would.I will never go back there is very poor customer service and the guy there keep touching and scratching his genital area then touching my phone! However! I took my iPhone to replace the privacy screen I bought for $40.00 back in January 2021! I was told if it needed to be replaced, to come back with proof of purchase which I did and they will replace it for a minimum of $10.00 for clear screens and $15 for the privacy screen. Big deal !!!! So today September 11, 2021, the guy there is trying to charge me $25.00 to replace the screen. I told him that it was not right and to give me a reason why after Ive show proof of my purchase and what I was told! He continued stating that there is no guarantee for privacy screens and I would have to pay the full amount previously charged. After I refuse to pay any more money. The unprofessional obnoxious guy continues his unprofessionalism and returned my iPhone after touching and literally pulling his boxers under his shorts! Other customers who saw this also left the store! I don’t think they will be back for any kind of service. All I can say is it’s a very bad place to do business stay away there are thousands of other places!

I could not find any local shop where I could get my phone fixed at a reasonable cost. When I came to iFixphones, I thought that the services would be quite high, but after talking with the staff, I got to know that their repairing services were quite low. And I was delighted with the services which they have offered me for my phone repair. Within an hour my phone was ready for a pickup and it looked like new now. Very professional and very easy to recommend them!

I got my phone fixed here because the screen wasnt working.I got it fixed yesterday,when I first got it the screen worked fine,no cracks or anything.But after 3-4 hours the screen stopped working,I hard reset it from power button and volume down button and it started working.Then it stopped working after an hour after it began working again.Wont work since then,it turns on perfectly fine but since I cant press anything I cant restart from itunes because recovery mode wont work.

What an odd experience. The guy working the counter never looked up from the phone he was fixing to address my questions on replacing my cell screen. Im used to being treated like a leper b/c I prefer Samsung over Apple . If its a screen they dont have in stock its a whole story. He quotes me a high price and changed it three tine in 2 mins. They dont seem to have a phone you can call so you have to show up to find out they dont have the screen you need. 🤷 I went to my cell provider and it was cheaper.

The service was great they gave quick times and worked with me. But when i got my phone back after paying $110 to fix the screen and its volume button was broken. The screen was so weak the smallest tumble broke it. Just got a new phone so Im just now posting my review. I dunno if it was just one bad moment or just lazy service but Im severely dissapointed with my service. I sent my phone to get fixed not broken more. Gave an extra star simply for the excellent speed and proper manners shown. Wish that my phone wasnt broken more.

I was turned away from the Apple store downstairs at the mall for a simple fix because they were not accepting any computer repairs for the rest of the day (screw has fallen out— 5-star head so I could not put it back in myself without using an improper tool and risking stripping the head). I went upstairs to iFixPhones and the employee at the desk graciously fixed it for me without an appointment or anything. Luckily I still had the screw and it took less than two minutes! Very grateful for the accommodation and quick service. Thank you!

Never go back there very poor customer service high price took my iPad to fix the screen after they charged me $120 went home the numbers didn’t work brought it back again the guy who work there try to charge me an other $100 told me he will save me $ 5 if I give the store a good Google review ! Big deal !!!! After I refuse to pay any more money a girl came from inside without presenting her self yelling at me with heavy accent saying I’m liar and the iPad was like that before I brought there and if I don’t leave the store she will call the security. I was kinda nervous at first because I looked at the reviews and they didn’t seem that good. I had nowhere else to go and it was the nearest to me since I work at the mall and it was convenient so I gave it a shot. He fixed my charging port that stopped working and it’s great now so Im thankful for that. BUT, once I got my phone back, my videos started sounding more staticky and muffled so now I’m upset but I guess you get what you pay for so I’m assuming it was just a cheaper replacement. It’s not that big of a deal, but I always listen to music and make videos so it’s very noticeable to me. Otherwise, Its okay. I went back to get it fixed and he said he didn’t notice anything and it was fine so I can’t do anything about it.

I went here and paid $280 for a screen and led replacement on my 11pro max iphone (my friends said theyve all been quoted different prices ) & the next day my screen fell off and i took my phone to another screen replacement shop inside the mall and they said that the led screen was not replaced at all. when i went back to IFIXPHONES, they said they didnt rememember me and that they had not worked on my phone @ all. even though i showed receipt . A customer walked in and i had told them what had happened and that they should be safe comimg to that store and thats when the worker started to say how i was threatening them and this and that which was very false. They refused to fix my screen that they had claimed they did and said they would call the police or mall security if i had not left, they are very unprofessional and need to be shutdown immediately what they are doing is wrong!

Horrible quality screens and service. Take the time to read their reviews carefully not just the ones they pay for. Don’t be surprised if your screen breaks on its own shortly after replacement and they refuse to do anything about it

I dont usually leave bad reviews for anyone, even if the service wasnt ideal but here we goLast week I spent $500 to have my phone screen and back glass replaced at IFixPhones-PheasantLane. Bought a new case from them and asked them for a screen protector as well. The worker insisted I didnt need the screen protector because the case I bought would protect the screen and sent me on my way. A week later and there is a long crack across my phone screen. Havent taken the case off once and nothing has happened to the phone that should have caused the screen to crack.I dont know if theyre using poor quality glass/screens or what but Im really not thrilled to have just spent $500 a week ago only for the screen to be cracked out of nowhere with a case on it that supposedly protects it. I reached out to the business and they said all they can do is give me a discount on yet another screen replacement. No thanks.Definitely wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. Really wishing Id gone to a more reputable business instead of this cheaper place in the mall. Guarantee most of these good reviews are because they give people a discount for leaving a positive review on google

Had my screen replaced here and only a day or two later it fell off due to poor installation. I didn’t drop my phone or anything after the replacement.

First I was skeptical about coming in here because of the “get a discount for leaving a review” idea until the repair was finished. I needed a new camera and the new one works perfectly so far. Quick service was nice as well

Horrible experience. First they told me they could get me a new screen by Tuesday so I gave them a $50 deposit. They didnt get my new screen till Friday then they used tape to put my phone back together and told me my case will hide it and not to worry. Sat morning my phone will not work at all and they wont take responsibility or make it right. After buying a new phone and having a good technician look at the old phone it turns out they installed a screen that isnt compatible and thats why it fried my phone. Never again, hope you dont make the same mistake idid

Great customer service, I shattered my phone came back and was offered a deal with a screen protector I agreed but I wanted to check my phone first and the touch motion wasn’t working which I informed him. He quickly apologized and fixed the error and I received a free screen protector for the inconvenience. Not bad just keep your receipt for the 6month warranty cause you never know😉😊

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. Brought my cracked phone in and paid $110 to have it fixed and they did the exact opposite. Both my phone cameras were broken and they ripped out the inside screws and plates. I went back to get a refund or exchange 5 days later (within the 7 day maximum). They refused. I ended up leaving the store in tears and $110 down the drain for a phone that doesn’t work!!! Thanks zag. Extremely dissatisfied. Do not recommend to anyone.. not even my enemies. Ended up getting my phone fixed at mobile repair downstairs near target and it was so much better !!! Kevin is extremely nice and amazing at fixing phones! If ur wondering where to go, go to mobile repair. The prices are cheaper and the service is better.

After getting the royal runaround from the apple store, ifixphones was a breath of fresh air! Jay was awesome. He quickly checked my phone for free and found out the problem was a bad charging port. He did the replacement while I waited! It was so fast and the price was very reasonable. So much faster and cheaper than apple!

I went here tonight and explained that I needed my camera replaced, I brought 2 phones and the worker said it would be 45$ to replace camera from one phone to the other. When I got back a hour later the worker replaced the screen instead of the camera she did not understand that I just needed the camera fixed. I went upstairs and talked with Zee and he said he would replace the camera for 30$ he was sorry that the other worker didn’t understand. When I arrived he said there was no charge, the service was AMAZING I ended up with a fixed screen and camera!!! I recommend this place to everyone great service and great workers !

Wouldn’t recommend, brought two phones for them to replace front and rear screens, my daughters iPhone both cameras worked as he checked it. Rear camera does not work now and they can’t figure it out. My wife’s iPhone XR screen keeps going crazy after being replaced and that’s another issue they can’t figure out, I believe they should get more training on these products so they can figure out the issues they created. Their answer to my issues that they created is to get a new phone.

Phenomenal service. I broke my iPhone beyond what I thought was repairable. A friend of mine recommened going to iFixPhones as they had great experiences there before. Just as she told me, the associate was quick and very knowledgeable. He was able to get my phone functioning properly in no time! I also bought a heavy duty case to protect my phone from future damage.

They always have some nice cases. Both good and fast service. It seems like they know what you need. Screen protectors are nice too and everything is reasonably priced.

Dropped my PS4 and cracked the console. The buttons went underneath the plastic and I could not get them out. Everywhere I went suggested that I get a new one because it would be at least that much to open up the machine. I went to ifixphones as a last chance before I bought a new one. They were fantastic to deal with. I was quoted at 60 with a free diagnostics test to see if everything was working. When I went back to pick it up they said it was fine and would only be 40. Professional, timely, and just great guys, Id recommend them for any project 10/10. I will be back for all my electronics.

Sign says we can fix your phone so I go in to have my screen protector replaced on my note 9 and guess what they cant fix it! What a joke. Never mind the fact that I couldnt speak the language of the salesperson. Never getting my business.

The reviews aren’t good because they give people discounts for leaving a review before the repair is even done. They don’t do good repairs either. They aren’t very careful.(Edit) asking someone to review you before you have done any work on their phone is not how people give an honest opinion.

Fix really fast but screen got broken the next day. They replaced screen has very poor quality. I didn’t drop the screen, probably just put together with key and the screen got crack and didn’t not work totally. They would Not take any responsibilities.
