Over the past few weeks I have been having problems with certain apps crashing on my computer for no reason whatsoever. I had several different services look into fixing my computer but each had no success. I was reffered to Ken from a friend and I am extremely happy with his service. He went the extra mile that no other company did, and fixed every issue I had with my computer. He was extremely friendly throughout the process and explained everything in detail so that I knew exactly what he fixed. I wish there were 10 stars. Ken Boylan is a computer genius who has helped me out with my computer, printer and email problems as well as mobile phone issues. When I am presented with technology challenges he responds in a timely manner and always fixes the quandary. A very professional individual!
