Has a great experience buying my new (to me) 2020 Wrangler. Reached out to their salesman Steve Coggins as we’d been co-workers in the past and kept in touch thereafter. Turned out the dealership has just gotten exactly what I wanted. I was a little scared at the price initially but figured I’d take it for a ride anyway, no harm. Afterwards it was clear to both of us I wanted it but there wasn’t any pressure from Steve, only assurance he’d help me through the process if I wanted to go through with it. Steve laid out all the numbers for me for all my different options and really simplified the whole experience. He answered a couple questions I wouldn’t had even know to ask. I was nervous about financing but he assured me his guy would get it done and that proved to be the truth. Steve and everyone else that assisted in the process displayed nothing but professionalism and made me feel comfortable the entire visit (even on purchase day with my 3 and 4 year old in the showroom for 2 hours). I absolutely will return to Sunnyside for service and my next car purchase when the day comes 👌
